this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Stupidly, I was trying to save money and booked with a last minute booking service. DONT EVER DO THAT!. This place is filthy. It smells. The free parking is non existent. The free internet does not work. It is disgusting.

Every part of this hotel looked old and dirty, but it was affordable, and across the street from the convention center and from a stop on the airport line of the MAX light rail transit. They also have free parking for guests. The hotel had terrible wifi (so bad I had trouble downloading email, and gave up on some websites)... More

The Inn at the Convention Center is "managed" by the Red Lion next door; however, these properties are world's apart. We had to find another place to stay after our first night at the Red Lion due to their sold-out status and RL staff recommended the ICC. This property is worn out and needs a major facelift. Staff were pleasant... More

I've stayed at a lot of hotels, and this was one of the worst I've seen. The condition of the hotel and rooms was abysmal. Here's the short list: torn carpet, musty/smoky odor (in a non-smoking room), dirt/hair on bathroom floor/counter/sink/tub, rust/stains in tub, hair on beds and, worst of all, trash on the floor of the room including a... As I tanatively lie here on the bed in the hotel room we booked through a travel site therefore paid the entire balance ahead of time... I am extremely uncomfortable! The room, halls, elevator and lobby are filthy and, in my opinion, disgusting! Our room is on a non-smoking floor, the minute we stepped off the elevator we were accosted... More

The staff were all very nice. The location was great. The place itself was kind of dirty, and there was some obvious prostitution going on. Still, it was cheap and right across the street from the convention center.

This property, although conveniently located, is a bit worn around the edges. Some wallpaper is peeling, corners of walls are scuffed, etc. Wireless Internet and parking are included at no additional charge, however.

I had made last minute reservations to this place as we found ourselves in Portland without actual planning. The price was okay and the pictures seemed descent. Upon checking in, all I hoped for a clean room and some snooze time. Even though the manager at the desk had offered us a quieter room with two queen beds (originally I... More

Seriously. There were stains on the walls, furniture, sheets, and pillow cases. There were large wet spots on the carpet - none of us felt comfortable enough to walk around the room barefoot. There was a black, moldy spot on the ceiling above our toilet, which must have been coming from the toilet in the above room. Two of our... More

I stayed at this place last year(see previous review) and finding myself back in Portland and in the same neighborhood (Lloyds Center/Convention Center) I decided to stay here again. And it's pretty much the same. Older hotel, a bit shabby and run down, good rates, nice staff, easy access to the rail system. The bed was firm and maid service... More
