Every part of this hotel looked old and dirty, but it was affordable, and across the street from the convention center and from a stop on the airport line of the MAX light rail transit. The staff were all very nice. The location was great. The place itself was kind of dirty, and there was some obvious prostitution going on. Still, it was cheap and right across the street from the convention center.

This property, although conveniently located, is a bit worn around the edges. Some wallpaper is peeling, corners of walls are scuffed, etc. Wireless Internet and parking are included at no additional charge, however.
