Staff were helpful and friendly above and beyond the call of duty. My room was next to the elevator, but, to my pleasant surprise, quiet as a cloister. Great downtown location a short walk to... well... everything. Loved Portland, loved Lucia.

This hotel has everything going for it. It is convenient, clean, friendly. It has great staff. The art work is wonderful. I slept so well even with a street view and the windows open.

Hotel Lucia has a great, independent, hip feel that is still welcoming and comfortable. The staff are friendly in a real way, helpful and knowledgeable. Location puts all kinds of Portland fun within walking or bus/street car distance. The black and white photography was a very cool bonus. If you are headed to Portland, stay at Hotel Lucia.

The staff were incredibly friendly and cool, the hotel was super neat and very close to downtown and a pleasant walk away from 21st/23rd. I would really love love love to come back both to the hotel and to portland!

Was here for meetings in the hotel and staff could not have been more accommodating and friendly. Rooms are large with plenty of drawers and closet space.
