Perfectly located in downtown Portland. The free wifi was the fastest Ive had in many hotels. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The decor is modern yet classic. I would highly recommend it and would stay again.

While the location itself is fantastic - I felt i was able to walk anywhere in the downtown area - what really sets this hotel apart is the outstanding service. As a frequent traveler, I am not exaggerating when i say that this was the most genuine display of customer service I have experienced to date. With an extremely sore...

My husband and I stayed at this hotel Jan 14th. This hotel has tried to renovate the old Imperial Hotel in Portland. There was no restaurant. The food in the bar/lounge was taken from a box in the back, with one person in the kitchen. There was a lack of help with the valet service even though there was a...

Dear Guest,
Thank you for your business as well as your thoughtful feedback. Both are greatly appreciated. We are in the process of renovating the restaurant and expect to announce soon a new, highly anticipated tenant. We do serve breakfast, lunch, dinner and room service which we prepare daily from scratch. Our team of highly qualified servers, bartenders and chefs...

I've stayed at the Lucia several times, but only travel to Portland every couple years. Sometimes you worry that a hotel like this starts to slip after a few years, but not the Lucia. This stay was as great as my first. The rooms are comfortable, the look and feel of the place is perfect, but it's the staff that...

Sleek urban decor, right in the heart of downtown Portland, bowls of free apples everywhere, well equipped work-out room, cute, friendly doormen, tiny rooms, comfortable bed, within walking distance of the great Jake's seafood restaurant, soft bathrobes, internet is additional charge.

Very comfortable king bed in a tiny room with large tv cabinet stuffed with high priced liquors and snacks but little extra storage. Nice sized closet, no light and impossible to read the safe numbers. Porcelain chipping from tub in room 810. Security system locked us out of our room half way through our stay, then locked me in the...

This small boutique hotel represents the essence of Portland. Being from the area, I always recommend this hotel to friends and family visiting from out of town. Staff is very professional and polite. Rooms are comfortable, quiet, and have great views of the city. Bathrooms are small, and don't have much counter space. The building is old, and while it...

I found this hotel to be wonderfully located, great room other than teeny bathroom, friendly staff. And super comfortable beds and surprisingly quiet considering age and location. I would definitely return.

Great staff, terrific location for shopping, eating, and enjoying the downtown beat. Upscale eats close (el lgauco, Jakes), great shopping (Macys, Nordstom, Marios). Yes, rooms small, ask for a corner room if available, but great beds, pillows, and toiletries.

I booked at Hotel Lucia this time because they offered a better deal than the hotel where my conference was being held ($20 night less + free valet parking). I had to keep changing my reservation because of work difficulties and the manager, Chris Bebo was incredibly kind and patient. It turned out I had to drive from Eugene to...
