The rooms were clean but were very dated. The price was good too, but the major issue was the wifi. It was not good. I spent more time trying to connect then I actually spent connected. I've stayed in hotels of all ratings and I usually have good experiences with Comfort in and suites. This was now that I would... More

Our King room was clean, pleasant and functional. They have updated to lamps with electrical outlets for convenient access; towels were ample but not plush; a well functioning airport shuttle with early hours and breakfast had typical options but light on fruit and real food. The scrambled "eggs" failed for color, texture, taste, or much of anything else except fake--but... More

So let me start by saying, I've stayed at 5-star resorts, and I've stayed at pay-by-the-hour hotels near the airport (quick place to get 6 hours sleep, but won't do that again. This hotel is neither of those, but it's also nothing to write home about. Basically, you get what you pay for - and this is no frills. The... More

Two of us were on a business trip. We had some special requests that were handled extremely well by desk staff. We required extra equipment storage. Our HQ was faxing key information to us daily. WE had Fed Ex and UPS packages coming and going. All critical for the work we were doing in Portland. (Yes, We were high maintenance.... More

There were a number of issues with this Comfort Inn. My only request was for a quiet room--they put me in #201--the room at the end of the hall closest to noisy traffic. When I entered the dark room I searched and searched but couldn't find the light switch. I finally used the bathroom light in order to see. With... More

Our first evening of a four day stay we were surprised and delighted by the well prepared supper we chose from an appealing menu with freshly put together items. After a long day we were welcomed with high end bar items available. This is an airport hotel with good transfer service. The shuttle also drops off at nearby train station... More

We stay one night and left the car for 6 nights. Everything went very well until we came back to PDX> We had to wait a hour for a taxi because their Shuttle Van was broke down. I don't think you can blame anybody for the taxi delay. Overall it was a very good deal and we enjoyed the stay.

We often stay at Choice hotels (Comfort Inn, Clarion, etc.) because we earn additional credits on our Alaska Airlines mileage. In addition, this particular hotel has an excellent park & fly plan. We recently stayed here before our early morning flight and a three-week trip to Arizona and California. The cost for the night's stay and three weeks' secured parking... More

After rolling past this hotel, I was thrilled with the fact that a company car was only a few miles away. The main entrance is a dead end. A three point turn is required if there's an open handicapped space to pull into. If not, you're backing out. The parking area behind the hotel has only one narrow entrance. A... More
