This is a tough review to write. My wife and I stayed here the night we arrived in Portland and the night before we left. The night we arrived I would give a 5 star review and the last night I would give a 1 star. So I have averaged these two and will give the hotel 3 stars. The... More

This hotel is paper thin, next to the airport, train tracks and the road. The building shakes when the train passes by. The furniture and carpeting has been upgraded to today's taste however, there were many wholes in the wallpaper were previous fixtures used to be. I mean, if you are going to redecorate, might as well go all the... More

Starts with breakfast... Nothing was ever ready. The bed, needs to be replaced, crater in the middle. Sat on the couch once, sank within 4" of the floor... This couch is not worthy of a yard sale and should go strait to a land fill.

Exterior presentation of the hotel was very appealing. This carried on into the lobby area and into the restaurant area. The hotel certainly gave the presentation of being well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful, a pleasant experience. Our room was very acceptable. There were no lingering smells and there was a general impression that care was taken... More

The room was a good size, the beds were comfortable. The room had to be cooled down which took several hours. The toilet was found to be very slow in functioning to none functioning. The toilet plunger provided fell apart. The refrigerator felt warm so we did not use it. The breakfast area - waffle maker required assistance to understand... More

The rooms were clean (and I'm picky), the linens were great and the beds were very comfortable. The front desk staff was just so-so...not overly friendly but not rude. The location is not at the Portland Airport but an exit or two away in a very sketchy part of town. Our room overlooked a very sad and run down trailer... More

This property is tucked back into an area where I thought the neighborhood could have used some sprucing up (a few noticeable homeless people were present). Our room looked out to an older mobile home park + the train tracks were within 2 blocks (very noisy when train came through). Within 3 miles of the airport, so that was a... More

This was my first stay in this hotel. I picked the location due to the necessity of an airport shuttle very early in the morning. About the only good thing I can say is that the nearby restaurant, Elmer's, was quite good. Unlike some of the other reviews I've read on this property, the front desk clerk was not at... More

This is a very nice hotel in a great location. Staff were friendly and courteous. Breakfast was great. We called and asked or a crib and it was waiting in our room when we got there. Enjoyed our stay very much!

Parking warning....Auto brake in beware......Please rethink ever using this Hotel. Horrible parking so unsafe. Driver side lock punched out which I discovered at 1:00 am on my return. Again please beware. Management has been hard to reach and negligent in responding to request of closure on this horrific situation.
