This hotel has been a terrible experience for us. The room was long and narrow with a small window at the opposit side of the front door. No single hanger for cloth, nothing in the bathroom to put anything on, noisy fridge, that we had to turn off to be able to sleep, loud A/C machine, that we had to... More

Room was large, had a full kitchen and was clean. It was also a good price. It was close enough to downtown about five or ten minutes by car on the I-5. It was quiet. And the beds were comfortable. The shower was good.

Thank you to the lovely folks at the Aladdin for taking care of me during my recent stay in Portland. The location was very convenient to OHSU, the price was affordable, and the staff was exceptionally nice. I was fortunate in that although I did not make a reservation, there was a room available for me. I've stayed at the... More

Arrived in Portland unplanned, the boyfriend and I did random roadtrip to the north (we're from southern California) we were exhausted and we're looking for a place to clean up and rest & also on a budget. We tried several motels around town and most were either too expensive or no vacancy or just yucky! until we stumbled upon Aladdin... More

Perfect stay. Great nights rest. Free breakfast & wifi. Free parking, which is not common in Portland. Also, best coffee I have ever had at a hotel! I will definitely be staying here again next time I visit friends/family in Portland.

First visit to the states from Alberta, Canada. It was a ton of fun and we loved Portland. The location was perfect where we didn't get the hustle & bustle of the downtown traffic, but close enough where we could be there in less than 5 minutes. Katelyn at the front desk called a cab for us twice and was... More

Caitlyn at the desk was a great help. The bed was just what I needed. The location was wonderful, really close to I-5. The price was just right as well. If I'm ever needing a place to stay around Portland again I know where I'm going.

Our son has a degenerative corneal disease and sees the good people at Casey Eye Institute/OHSU in Portland, a four hour trip for us. We've stayed here several times and haven't had any major problems. Yes, the place could use some updating, but all in all, it's a decent place to stay for the price, especially if you get the... The Aladdin is the perfect hotel if you're looking for some peace and quiet. It's not expensive, but has free basic breakfast and strong Wifi. I had 4 computers and 5 Kindles going all at once, and there were no glitches. If you choose not to be disturbed, they will leave you alone. No room service, but there's a Subway... More

There's a few genies that came out of this Aladdin's not so magic lamp... and they're called Bedbugs! We found them in room 106 and unfortunately not until the next morning. This place is a health hazard, gnarly, outdated in addition to being overpriced.

First and foremost it should be noted that this isolated incident has been taken very seriously by the staff and management of the Aladdin Inn and Suites. Our guests, past and future, should not be alarmed as there is no bed bug problem at the Aladdin Inn and Suites. Although an isolated occurrence, anytime a guest is not satisfied or... More
