Dear Jason and Ann, We stayed at Room 3 on May 11th and May 12th, 2015 and wished we could stay longer. This is exactly how Bed and Breakfast should be. We felt so warm and welcoming just like our home. Jason and Ann are so wonderful - every morning started with a fantastic breakfast with all ingredients which are... More

What a wonderful home this is! Seven of us (three couples and a single) filled up the Guest House for a sunny(!) weekend in Portland. Our stay was fabulous- Jason and Ann are simply terrific hosts. They are so full of knowledge about the area from dining to shopping to wineries to bus schedules. And the weekend breakfasts - oh... More

LOVED the Reed Bungalow! We stayed at this wonderful little house during our first visit to Portland (our first holiday in 10 years). We appreciated the privacy and parking. We kept our bikes in the car and had no problems. It was just a 5 minute walk to Trader Joe's, Walgreens, and Starbucks. The street was quiet and we enjoyed... More

Clinton Street Guesthouse is always clean, cool and inviting. We stay here every time we come to visit our daughter and always love the rooms and the breakfasts. Ann & Jason think of everything it takes to make guests comfortable and happy. We can walk to great food and shopping or hop in the car for adventures.

We had made an extended trip through California and Oregon visiting National Parks, quaint towns and funky places. We decided to dead-head our rental car in Portland and needed a place to stay to make the transition back to reality. I could not bear to spend the end of our eclectic trip in a chain motel and we were delighted... More

What a warm and friendly home. Although the home owners were not there to greet us on arrival, we were able to let ourselves in after instructions were given to us. We found our room warm and appealing, spotlessly clean, with a balcony which we enjoyed. It seems there are many Bed and Breakfast establishments that do not meet and... More

This was our second trip to Portland and our first time exploring the SE district. The Clinton Street Guesthouse is in a great location ... within walking distance to funky shops and restaurants and on a beautiful street with its beautiful gardens and craftsman houses. This particular home is beautifully updated with gorgeous and comfortable rooms and resident chickens in... More

My wife and I were staying in Portland for two weeks for a family event. After reading other TripAdvisor reviews, we chose to stay at the Clinton Street Guesthouse. The other reviewers were right! The guesthouse owners, Ann and Jason, were wonderful, cooking fabulous breakfasts and joining the breakfast conversations. The house itself was spotless and Room 4, where we... More

It’s in a 1910-1925 neighborhood of clapboard craftsman style bungalows and on very shaded streets. The inn is not old fashioned, though the building is older. The room is spacious and has two bathrooms, just across the hall. It is air conditioned, and very, very quiet. We think it only has three or four guestrooms. Breakfast was excellent, though it... I was on my way to a bicycle trip in Oregon and had a few days beforehand to spend in Portland by myself (female solo traveler) and wanted to stay some place safe where I could get a feel for the city. I read the reviews for the guesthouse on Trip Advisor and I'm so glad I picked the Clinton... More
