Three of us couples (brothers and wives) were traveling together. One of them had made our reservations confirming it was a Good Sam park and told them we are all Good Sam members. Upon check-in, one brother used his Good Sam credit card and was given the discount. The other two then paid for their spots. Back at our RVs,... More

After one night at another nearby RV park, we moved here and were *very* glad we did! We've stayed in most of the RV parks around Portland and think this is the best. -> Location -- The park is located on Marine Drive, right next to the river. No, there is no river view but it's a short walk across... More

Very friendly Tanya was professional, respectful & helpful when finding us a last-minute space. Residents that we woke with were also friendly. The park is clean, is easy to get around, & has all the necessary amenities.

I'm from Florida and just picked this park off the internet. Very clean park, clean public bath and showers and the girl at the desk was super friendly and extremely helpful. If there was a negative it would be the airlanes overhead I would highly recommend this park.

The new part is actually nice and seems to have plenty of space between the RV's. Yes its close to the road and you can hear planes, but you get used to it in a couple of day. As a full timer, I enjoy having other full timers, rather than the noisy weekend campers with kids. Con, new part is... More

Very nice and clean and affordable. Free wifi, cable TV and clean and spacious site. Draw back was definitely the noise from PDX airport with jets constantly taking off and landing. We weren't at the site during the day much so it wasn't terrible. If you plan in spending days relaxing the constant jet noise would be irritating.

We stayed in the "new area".. Right next to a busy highway, very close parking spaces and no grass. Not a place you would want to hang out and relax outside...the big problem was at 5:30 in the morning. We were right under the departing flight path of the airport! There is no way you could sleep in:-(!!! Maybe the... More

This RV park has all you need for hook-ups including a great wifi. The downside is it is very near the airport and the jest fly over every few minutes fro sun up to sun set. We stayed four days and everything was just fine except for the jet noise. Staff is great and people in the park are friendly... More

We stayed here one night this year and one last year while visiting friends who live in Portland. It definitely is a basic RV park with everyone lined up and small bits of grass between. The pros, though, are its location in a nice neighborhood, very clean bathrooms and showers and it's proximity to Portland. I did a lot of... More
