RUN ... don't walk ... AWAY from this fleabag hotel!! I can honestly say this is the worst hotel I have been in in my entire life. When my husband and I checked in, we were handed bedding for a roll-away bed (huh?) that we hadn't even ordered or needed. When I told the desk clerk, Doris, she said she... More

I have stayed in hundreds of lodgings over my lifetime and worked as an assistant manager of coastal condos for a few years. I only post to Trip Advisor for really great stays. This is my first negative review. This Guesthouse Inn is actually in Gresham Oregon. Run for your life before booking here. I was completely bullied and threatened... More

The hotel was disgusting. Our room smelled of urine of some sort (I think cat) and there was duct tape and packaging tape holding down the wallpaper in the bathroom above the shower (room #104). We were looking forward to a dip in the pool after 10 hours of driving, but one look at the pool and hot tub there... More

Stayed recently for 2 days. There was a brew festival in town, and some sort of baseball tournament going on, so everything was booked. Paid $150 per night (that's right). Area is bad, hotel is worse. Bullet holes in the workout room window, Their workout equipment is very outdated, broke, and gross. The swimming pool had a odd odor to... More

Filthy, dirty rooms. In bad repair. Just disgusting. If you book easy ahead they will give you the rooms cheap but if they start filling up they will double the price in a matter of minutes. Rooms don't have basic amenities, I.e. soap! The wall paper covering the dilapidated walls is peeling off. Holes in tub patched with plastic chunks.... More

We just came back from a long weekend trip to Portland. We made the mistake of booking this with Expedia's hidden hotel for cheaper prices. I regret this now. The hotel is located in a rather sketchy part of town. We went to the 7-11 next door and didn't feel safe at all. A lot of "undesirables" hanging around. I... More

Last week my family booked two rooms at this hotel. What a mistake this was. The first room had no electronic key. You had to use the MASTER to get in and then return it every time after getting in. The bathroom had been recently "repaired" and had a shower curtain rod so badly mounted that the shower curtain could... More

Once you get past the lobby it matches the neighborhood! First clerk was very friendly but the rest, of the staff, downright rude! Portland was extremely busy that weekend so they jacked up the prices on th cruddy rooms to $160, $195 then up to $350. One end of the parking lot is gated off with a huge chain. While... More

Ok we didn't see any roaches, but I felt at any moment I could step on one. We walked into the room and felt dirty. I didn't take my sandals off once until bed, and put them on right away when I woke up. The bathroom was dark, and towels were thin. It was also in a sketchy part of... More

As previously mentioned the outside looked fine but the inside left much to be desired. The lobby was clean but no welcoming coffee. The carpet was dirty in our room. I wore my shoes inside the entire time. The mattresses were lumpy and the bedding old. The bathroom was okay but not enough towels. The breakfast was non existent and... More
