Other than a dark carpet and a poorly lit room, and a bathroom fan grille that has not been cleaned in years (if ever), the location is great, breakfast is so-so, staff are good. Located two blocks from a street food pod, the 405, and a couple of microbrew pubs.

I am in between places, looking for a home. This was a nice central location to stay, close to downtown and the max. It was perfect to go to work and conduct business. Also there is a karoke place close by and it close to other night spots.

We stayed at this hotel on a Friday night. There are two buildings for this property, the east and west buildings. The east building has Suki's bar and grill on the ground floor and two floors of rooms above Suki's. The building looks a little old, but they facility is maintained and the rooms are clean.
