I did not expect travel lodge to be the Ritz, however, I did not expect it to be like staying at the Bates Motel either! The location said it was in city center , And it was nowhere close to the city center. The property was surrounded by homeless people and was just generally creepy. My room was supposed to... More

This was by far the cheapest hotel downtown in Portland. It was comfortable enough, and the room was decently clean. At the bottom of the stairs, there were bits of paper/trash that remained for our whole six day stay, so there wasn't a ton of cleaning going on. WiFi was poor, and free breakfast was not worth eating. Go to... More

The most disgusting place I have ever stayed! Bugs, loud noises, drug deals. Booked a queen and double room and received a twin and double. It was all beds and no space. Left and went to the Benson for $40 more! It is flea bag motel! Don't stay here or you will regret it!

Location great - walked to the river, and then through downtown to Jake's famous crawfish restaurant. Staff really helpful. Adequate for a one night stay. Our room was quiet enough considering there is a late night bar downstairs. Traffic fairly... More

The room was filthy dirty. The shower had mold. We were going to stay 3 nights. We only stayed one night. We moved to a different Hotel for nights 2 & 3.

This property needs a facelift. It was fairly clean but very outdated. TV didn't work. Had to get new room keys three times. Old and worn. Walls were thin. Couldn't park near my room
