My stay was troubled, for personal reasons, and I did not tip the cleaning crew... but we left a wallet and case and was noticed by the hotel a few days later that they had recovered our valuables and would hold them for us. I'm grateful and impressed because I would have assumed the items were gone forever. Thank you... More

This place is well staffed and the people seem to be working hard to keep it nice. I was told it is family owned so my impression is that they don't have the corporate support that the Ramada next door has. It seems like they're working hard to keep the sketchy customers out, so the security deposit and the rules... More

It looks alright on the outside, but that is the only decent thing I can say. The lady at the front desk was rude during check in and barely looked up from her computer as we stood there waiting. The comforter in the "non-smoking" room had multiple cigarette burns in it. When we got back to the hotel from our... More

This place had a special with Hotels.com so I tried it out. Must say that's it's definitely not somewhere I'd stay with my family but it works if you're not willing to spend a whole lot. Just remember that you get what you pay for so all the jokers that left horrible reviews and complained should've known better. It's clean... More

The hotel looks nice on the outside, the man at reception was great! He was so polite and very accommodating. Then we got to our room! We slept on top of the blanket with our coats and jumpers as blankets. We also wrapped our own towels round the pillows to sleep on as they had black stains on them. Apparently... More

OUR daughter moved to portland or. several years ago. The first few times we saw the sights. Then we ventured up to washington on our trip which is a better place all around. We always have the same problem because of the cost of houses in portland the kids rent small houses which is fine with me because i dont... More

When I first checked in I was scared because of all the reviews but then I stayed there & i was just fine. I got all of my laundry done while being there, got a good night of sleep. To me, the bed felt like clouds. I'll definitely be back. & the fact they had coffee 24/7 with different varieties... More

We booked a night here for a room with one king-sized bed through Priceline, not realizing that it was a smoking room. When we asked if we could get a non-smoking room, the manager gave us a smoke-free room with two double beds. Good value for the price.

unfortunately this was the only place we could afford on such a short notice. A family member had passed away and this was the only resort to staying at a place like this. For that reason, the price was great. Last minute unexpected trip, great price. We were coming in from California and called ahead to see if we could... More

Broken furniture, gum on the lampshades and dirty bedding was just the start. Save your time and money. Yelling at prostitutes and gang members along with rude customer service. Also being charged over $40 more than I was told doesn't make for a happy customer.
