This was just a quick stay. I got here late and left early for an early morning flight home. The room was good. I liked how there was a walk-in shower. The hotel has great sound insulation to reduce the airplane noise from the PDX airport. I liked the modern decor of the room, as well as the short drive... More

This is a traveler hotel with the Starwood line made for people who are on the road. If you want to see Portland, or visit the area, this is not the place. But if you need to catch an early flight, or if you have an overnight layover or delay, or you need to be in this specific area of... More

It was my first time in this chain. It has a modern concept. The Lobby is so cool. Stylish bar, nice couches and a pool table make it interesting. But sometimes it looks weird for me. The cons for me were: bathroom tile is gross, bathroom doesn't have good ventilation, and the employees of front desk were in bad mood... More

I spend a great amount of time on business trips and have come to enjoy the Aloft, sister hotel to the W. Very eclectic, fairly bare bones - great service and the amenities you need. Good bed, decent bar area for a quick drink or an early continental breakfast. Cappuchino self make machine of decent quality and a great staff... More

Great hotel. RIght near PDX with ample shopping and dining nearby. Pool tables and a great bar with food. Pool is nice and the exercise area is fantastic. Signature rooms are fantastic with a great working space. Beds are to die for. Great place to stay!

Ah, Portland...land of the weird. This hotel fits right in. A small boutique hotel that caters to everyone. The beds are comfortable, the hotel is stylish, and the amenities are plentiful. I was concerned with noise as i is just outside the airport, but I didn't hear a thing. The staff is friendly, the hotel is well kept, and they... More

Stayed here because of a late arrival into PDX, and everything worked as it should. Google maps had no difficulty directing me to the property, and my room was ready for me upon arrival. The hotel itself is a standard Aloft property - and that is a good thing. There is a light-rail train that goes by the hotel on... More

Loved the contemporary feel of the hotel and rooms. Wouldn't hesitate to come back. Service was exemplary. The hotel has a park and fly that is fantastic. $30 for up to 10 days and shuttle services. I was very pleased with my whole experience, especially as a SPG member.

I booked this hotel near the airport following three nights in downtown Portland. We were flying out early, staying here allowed me quicker airport access in the morning at a lower cost than my downtown hotel. Aloft was cute and kitschy, with a '70s vibe. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The accommodations were comfortable and clean. Clearly not a... More

The room was very nice but we were surprised by how small it was and asked to change to a bit larger room. This was accommodated quickly by the staff on duty. We landed in the "disability" room for our visit. This room was larger but left me wondering how individuals using wheelchairs or with other handicaps managed, as the... More
