Interesting layout for a hotel. Free breakfast, which was fine but nothing special. You cannot get to this hotel or go anywhere without a car. Getting to the MAX on foot, was unrealistic. They have a little sport court and I saw a few guests use the court. I took my four year old out and he had a nice... more

We stayed in a standard King room for 3 nights. The service was great, the room and hotel were clean, and the cost was very reasonable, especially for a holiday weekend. The breakfast buffet and service was very good, too. The room was not large, but was clean and comfortable, and we had a view of the river. We only... more

We loved the hotel's location right on the Columbia River and it was great to walk along the riverfront. I was afraid that there might be noise from the nearby airport, but that was no problem at all. The room was lovely and the staff was very helpful. Here comes the "but". We had both dinner and breakfast there especially... more

Pros: Fairly close to Max (light rail) station, newer property, free ample parking, good free breakfast -- with actual protein content! Cons: Tortures concept of 'suite' beyond all reason (ours was a closet-sized living room separated from the "bedroom" by just a short wing-wall), thin walls make for bad -- albeit familiar -- neighbors. Bottom line: Ridiculous price ($149) for... more

We really enjoyed this Courtyard -- we had a river view room and the the little Columbia River bypass was fun to sit and watch. We left the window open for a warm spring night and heard ducks and river traffic and some trains during the night. The bed was comfortable, a/c worked fine, the bathroom spotless. The hotel staff... more

This is our second stay at this Courtyard. Our first experience was terrible, they refunded our stay and gave us a room certificate to try them again. We did and what a wonderful suprise. From the manager on down there was a concerted effort to make the stay of every guest a positive one. We were in the lobby on... more

The hotel itself is pretty standard - decent workout facility and a good breakfast. The rooms were a little more along the lines of a motor lodge than a courtyard - with that indoor/outdoor stucco. It was clean and had free internet (not wifi, but free none the less!) which is always a plus. They also offered cookies in the... more

I'm not sure the other people writing reviews stayed at the same property. The hotel is visible from I-5 and is on a dead end street at least a block away from a feeder street to the freeway. Zero traffic noise. The renovations were still going on when we stayed there but caused no problems. Very nice common areas, right... more

we booked the hotel on line. Good price for a few reasons. hotel was located in an industrial area. It was not easy to find. Luckily it was a (4th of july) long weekend or else we would have encountered alot more noise, trucks and polution. The hotel looks like it was just renovated. Everything was very clean and new.... more
