I had food poisoning upon my arrival and the staff was very accommodating and kind. Chef Matt hooked me up with food and was very nice! More

Second time we stayed at this hotel. Excellent location, near light rail and downtown. Easy to walk from light rail to hotel. Loyd center mall is within walking distance, along with a safeway. The service at the hotel was great, and the rooms nice. More

This is my second stay at Marriott Courtyard Lloyd Center. I returned because I had such a great experience the first time and again received the best service the second time as well. The staff here is amazing!!! Laura at the front desk was so incredibly helpful, even taking calls from me when I was in the city and lost,... More

The Courtyard-Lloyd Ctr is always my first choice when I travel to Portland on business. The hotel staff is extremely courteous and professional. In particular, I would like to give special thanks to "Island", who is a waitress in the Charley's on Grand Restaurant located in the hotel. She is always cheerful and makes sure I am taken care of... More

This was our fifth time here and i love the fact that that I can rely on consistency of convenience, comfort and service. The rooms are well appointed and have the comfort and feel of a full service hotel. That front desk staff seems to be very well informed and ready to assist. The food service is excellent if one... I sayed here for about 10 days and had an excellent time. The staff was extremely helpful with everything I asked for. Breakfast was wonderful, my regular waitress "Island" made sure that my orange juice was topped off every morning. Other staff members that went above and beyond included Ben, Bree, John, and Lindsey. If you stay at this hotel... More

My family and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights while attending an event. Upon arrival, hotel is clean, mostly updated and fresh (in the middle of some minor renovations) lobby, easy check-in, friendly staff that we minimally encountered, but being in the city, you hear trains, cars, horns, etc and parking was $15/night in a tiny underground lot,... I stayed here because it was close to the Oregon Convention Center. There isn't a lot in the direct area but I was informed on my last night there by the cheerful front desk person Tala, that the light rail will take you into downtown. She then showed me the routes and even suggested some places I need to see... More

This hotel has a friendly and down to earth staff. I am traveling with 3 children (ages 14, 9 & 7) and my brother-in-law. We booked 2 hotel rooms, boys in one room, girls in another. Martha took the extra time at check-in to give us rooms together with an adjoining door to make our stay more connected with one... More

The room was a little loud, and I was surprised by the $10 parking fee per night, but other than that, this was a really nice hotel. More
