Our conference hotel for my football officials. Excellent service and breakfast is always a treat as the staff in the breakfast room is outstanding! Some of the hardest working staff I have seen in a morning breakfast room. Clean and well appointed rooms, good wifi and overall a good hotel!

In Portland. Reasonable, close to the airport, clean and a friendly and veteran staff. The recent remodel is behind them and I would recommend this abode to any travelers coming to the Rose City. Parking fills up at night so if it is raining you may find yourself walking a few feet from the outlying parking lot. That's about the... More

When in Portland I usually stay at the Residence Inn by the airport but as of late, their prices have gone through the roof (from $122 to in some cases $180-$200) and the Springhill Suites wanted two change the room rate mid stay so the Fairfield was more reasonably priced. Last time I was her it was in the middle... More

Because we live on the Oregon Coast two hours away from PDX, we prefer to do the Park and Fly when we travel. We have been previously staying at the Radisson, but because Marriott has more properties throughout the U.S., it's easier to accumulate points. Our first stay at the Fairfield at PDX was over the Christmas holidays, and that... More

We travel quite a bit to visit family and have been using the Marriott hotels for many years. The Fairfield Inns in other cities we have recently visited are far superior to this one in Portland. The rooms are in serious need of refreshing. This hotel has not expanded the bathroom counter space nor increased the number of electrical outlets... More

Thank you for staying with us! I do agree that we are indeed ready for a "face lift", and are happy to advise you that we will be renovating soon to the Marriott Perspectives package. You will enjoy all of the outlets that you desire and of course, who of us is not begging for more counter space! Marriott has... More

Stayed here for a night after later arrival flight. Staff were very attentive and quickly resolved a minor reservation issue. The room was very clean and comfortable. I appreciated the free shuttle from the airport as well as back to the airport/ Max station the next day. Breakfast also had a nice variety. B

Great place if your going to the airport or just need a room. They're shuttle service is free to and from the airport. Clean rooms, good service and decent continental breakfast. Can leave your vehicle, not sure if it's included or if there is a fee.

My travels take me to Portland frequently and this was the first time I stayed at this property. My initial impression was the location was close to the airport and the rate was decent. I arrived in what can be described as driving through and industrial area then all of a sudden here is three hotels in the midst of... More

I feel at a loss to respond to your review as the review you have written is not for my hotel, which is the Fairfield Inn and Suites PDX on Airport Way, your stay in Portland was with the Fairfield Inn and Suites North Harbor on Anchor Way. That being stated, I would still like to apologize for the stay... More

Traveling to and from Portland, I have stayed at this particular Marriott facility in the past, having reviewed it two years ago. Its location and free shuttle to the airport make it an attractive option. I am pleased to report the facility has been upgraded since my last stay two years ago. The rooms are more attractive. The breakfast bar... More

I'm actually staying here right now for business. I'm waiting for maintenance to get here because the TV in my room doesn't work and for some reason they can't just swap my TV out with another or move rooms....it's been 45 minutes and no solution. Their pool is also out of order which I wasn't told until I walked down... More

Thank you for your recent stay and we are happy to report that I did speak to Anthony, the gentleman that was able to assist with your television, and had him update me on the television. The issue was resolved by reprogramming your TV remote. At the time of your request about the TV, Anthony had already left for the... More
