Absolutely and funadmentally one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Incredibly professional and friendly staff, leaving a lasting warmth of positive energy. Gorgeous rooms that give a feel as if you're home. A stunning interior design that screams Portland. Locally made oatmeal and coffee that meets your eyes as you walk into the room, books find their places... More

My husband and I are Managers of a property in Seaside Oregon. I have to say we were extremely impressed with the quality of our stay. The suite we were assigned was very clean and well appointed. The staff is amazing. The attention to details and by far the best customer service we have had when we have traveled. We... More

This was a pretty bare-bones motel room. It didn't have a microwave or refrigerator, although both are available in the suites building across the street, and the room did have a coffee maker. It cost $120 a night which seems high for the kind of room you get, but it is located very conveniently, within the downtown area of a... More

Portland accommodation is expensive, even in January. What I really liked about this is how easy it is to navigate to arrive to and depart. Very convenient to the 405. And once there, you are blocks from the best of Portland: Powell's books, Deschutes brewery, the food cart block, donuts, and my favourite place in Portland: a weird underground bar... More

When the staff learned we were in town for a medical procedure they could not have been more helpful and sensitive to our needs. Without being asked they offered whatever assistance and accommodation they perceived we might need. While older the two bedroom suite for our party of four adults and one child was spacious and comfortable and an excellent... More

The room was very clean and awesome set up. The staff were all really friendly and always willing to assist you with anything. The location was fantastic, we could walk to all the bars and attractions in portland. We selected this hotel based on its location and the free parking. We stayed in a suite so couldnt comment on the... More

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights last fall. The room was no-frills but fine for us (we spent most of our time out exploring). The only real drawback of the room was that we could hear the people above us quite a lot, especially footsteps (not their fault - we were on the bottom floor, and I... More

I worked at a hotel for 5 years, and these people know what they're doing. Their customer service is the best I've come across in the industry. I was looking for a certain soda they didn't have in their vending machine and they just gave me a copious amount from their personal stock for free. I was in a room... More

Park Lane Suites The staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. They couldn't be nicer. The 'suites' are like large motel rooms in that they are all entered from an outside balcony. The furniture is cheap and the overall effect is somewhat depressing. They do offer complementary Wi-Fi and parking on the premises or across the street. There seem to... More

This is the second time we have stayed at the is hotel. We had a two bedroom suite on the at the end of the building which afforded us a lovely view of downtown and Mt. Hood from our living room. The room was clean and well appointed. The location is fantastic short walk to Nob Hill neighborhood and the... More
