We were at the inn. The room was great. Part of what was great was that the floor is wood or wood laminate rather than carpeting and the beds are set up with solid sides so things don't get under them. This felt very clean and uncluttered and easy to keep your stuff in order. Nice firm comfortable beds too.... More

We stayed in the suites. We got there in the afternoon, so we were able to secure a parking spot in the lot. Plan to park AND NOT DRIVE 1) because parking in the area is horrendous and 2) you are very central to everything. The service was friendly and the location is great. The rooms are nothing special. The... More

Great location. About a five minute drive to downtown so there is still plenty of parking and lots of bars/restaurants in the area. Rooms are clean, quite and overall comfortable. Only downside was no bar fridge in room.

It is important to know before booking that Park Lane has essentially two separate hotels. We stayed four nights at the "Inn" side across the road. Check-in occurs at the "Suites" side and everything was great. Sam was very friendly and helpful in orienting us to nearby dining and other options. We arrived about 2:20pm but room 220 was already... More

I did not book this hotel but allowed my husband to do so. He had been doing a great job in previous hotel bookings and assured me that he had read the reviews for this place. We were there on a budget to attend a wedding so we didn't want an expensive hotel. The place was very basic and we... More

We met my daughter in Portland and I was looking for a hotel that would provide sleeping arrangements for all three of us. Prices in downtown hotels were outrageous so I opted for Park Lane as a moderately priced (comparatively!) alternative. We stayed in the building with suites where the main office is. This is not a fancy place. Furniture... More

Pros: Location, location, location. Convenient to downtown attractions and eateries. Nice neighborhood. Courteous and helpful front desk. Good value. Spacious suite with sitting area and kitchenette, pretty view. Free on-site parking. Cons: Room could be cleaner. Wifi is off if the device is inactive for several minutes, and need to input password again.

These former apartments provide an economical, well-located base for exploring Portland. They are within walking distance of the Willamette River and Washington Park, with downtown, Old Town, The Pearl, Nob Hill and other areas in between. They are small but have been redecorated, offer free parking, and suites have a kitchen so very convenient at half the price of larger... More

I was a little wary of this hotel, but we were only passing through Portland on our road trip, so we didn't need much. There are two types of hotels available- make sure you book one on the hotel side, not the motel-esque side. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and there was a spacious living area, too. I'm not... More
