We stayed on second level facing downtown. Everything was great, but we kept finding hair (not mine) on floor, bed, and sheets. Maybe maid crew could wear some hair nets! Other than false sense of cleanliness, the accomodations were more than expected for such a competitive price. More

Rooms are small but its clean and modern. Bed was pretty comfortable. In a unique location and close to the MAX. No iron in the room. We spent a lot of our time out of the room, so it was a good room for the price. I hate paying a fortune for a room you are hardly every in. More

Nice hotel, there are two buildings. A four storey and a two story. We stayed in the two story. Check in was quick and easy. Two story is located across the street from main building. No elevator in this building. This hotel is 2 blocks behind Jen-Weld Stadium. We took Amtrak train to Portland. From Union Station it is two... More

Booked this hotel for my wife on expedia based on decent online reviews. Her room was on ground level by a walkway, people could peek into her room, somebody was stumbling on her door overnight, constant rumbling of iron staircase - she could not sleep because of noise and the sensation that somebody will break in any moments. Cleanliness was... More

The rooms were very basic. I stayed in the annex of the hotel which was across the street from the main building that looked more like a motel. The rooms were clean and comfortable however, there was very loud street noise all evening and in the middle of the night. There isn't an elevator so, you'll have to lug your... More

We stayed at Park Lane during Portland's Cold Hard Cash deal. It's a great place and it's located in a perfect location. More

It's pretty ghetto on the outside but our room on the inside was ok. Little amenities but it was cheap and close to downtown. Free parking tipped it over. More

Stayed 2 nights on March 24 & 25, 2012 in the 1 bedroom suite. Everything was new, carpet, full kitchen (expect no oven & only two burners on stove), bedding etc & worked. Kitchen had all the basics and we cooked 2 full breakfasts and one dinner. Brought our own condiments. Flat screen TV was a plus & our 2... More

Considering downtown Portland hotel prices, this place was a bargain at $67 a night including all fees. They offered free parking, free Wi-fi, and free continental breakfast. The location is perfect for exploring as it's only about a five minute drive to downtown or washington park. The rooms are on the small side with minimal furnishings but that was not... More

Stayed here three nights on our trip to Portland. The best feature of this hotel is that it is in the best location possible. It is in the heart of downtown Portland. The hotel has great rooms they are clean and modern. Free parking is also a plus for being in downtown. I would stay here again because the price... More
