Overall this is an ok Motel 6. The staff was friendly. The rooms for the most part were in good shape. The beds were actually soft (as opposed to most Motel 6s). I arrived late and got the last room available. My suspicions were first raised when I noticed the couch and loveseat in "suite" were stained and dirty. This Motel 6 seems to be slightly nicer than others in the chain, apparently because it used to be a Rodeway Inn. The room I was in seemed a little larger than usual, and had a nice couch.
