Stayed for an overnight with my bride. Got a push from the Marriott APP that our room was available at 1:30pm...we didn't arrive until closer to 3:30. As a Marriott Gold member, was upgraded to the Concierge floor, but on a Friday not open for the weekend. Offer of free breakfast or 750 points-we chose the points. Was hoping for... More

This was my second stay at this Hotel and I have to say while the 1st stay was good, this time was even better. The Hotel was booked and there were no double bed rooms available, so they immediately upgraded us to a suite. That's top notch service in my book. The valet staff is beyond helpful always opening doors... More

Stayed here for a girl's getaway weekend. Had a wonderful time. The location is an excellent one right downtown near Pioneer square. Two blocks off the tri-met Max line. Lobby is small as others have commented, but very nice. Doesn't look like your typical stark hotel lobby. We had a fast, friendly check-in, we were placed on the 19th of... More

I enjoyed staying here recently while in town for a conference. The location was convenient, and the staff was friendly and responsive. The room was clean and spacious, and I enjoy the bathroom amenities as well. The lobby, while pretty, also had a cozy feel.

I AM THE WORST when it comes to picking a hotel room. If my room doesn't have a good view, lacks certain bells and whistles or amenities the whole trip gets affected. So…I was persistent when it came to getting a corner king room. We actually moved from one room to get the corner room after the first night. I... More

I stayed at this Marritt for a conference and it and it was a very good experience. Portland is very easy to get around and the train is just a block away - quick ride to the convention center or the airport. Many great restaurants to walk to. Shopping is close as well. Hotel is spotless. Rooms are quite large.... More

We stayed at the Portland city center Marriott and the check in was very good. I had read reviews about trying to get a corner room, so we asked if they could get us one. The corner room has a great 180 view (we face north and west) and the view was awesome. The bed was super comfortable. The room... More

I stayed at the Marriott City Center while in town for a conference and found it to be a great location. A short walk to the Max station at Pioneer Square got me almost anywhere I needed to be. Also walkable were visits to Powell's and the train station. The hotel was nicer than I expected in a big corporate... More

Very clean & nice but necessary amenities not included. $250+ for a room & they charge for wi-fi seems ridiculous. Valet parking is expensive be sure to locate a garage nearby for overnight self-park it will save money. This hotel charges $37 a night to park.

Stayed at the Marriott Portland City Center March 23 to March 26. This is a boutiquey Marriott with outstanding service and attention to detail. The rooms are immaculate and tastefully decorated. I'm a picky sleeper, and the bed and pillows were so comfy. Got a great night's sleep. The regular room I had was smallish, but cozy. Perfect for a... More
