We stayed only one night on our way through Portland, but it would be a fine place for an extended stay. Location is great - right next to Lloyd Center, easy walking to some decent coffee shops, a few interesting shops (not in the mall), and to the MAX line for easy access to downtown. Parking was far less than... More

This was a huge hotel that looked more like an apartment complex, but I was pleasantly surprised. We booked a 2 bedroom/loft with 2 bathrooms for the family trip. The kitchen and loving area is somewhat small but we didn't cook meals there. it was nice to have a full sized fridge and a microwave to store and heat up... More

This Residence Inn had all the comforts we are used to from the brand- wonderfully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, a breakfast spread. But, perhaps it was because we were around during a particularly busy time of the year, it seemed to lack the warmth and smiles I have long associated with the brand. Don't get me wrong, when I requested... More

Was looking for a hotel with a good proximity to the convention center. While it probably is walkable, .8 miles, we drove back and forth to our event every day and it was easy. Overall I thought the room was above standard compared to most hotels we typically stay at. The full kitchen was great- didn't utilize the oven much... More

I stayed at the hotel for 9 days, and I enjoyed every moment of it. My room was large, with all the comfort of my own home. Kitchenette, refrigerator, dining counter, etc. they made my stay very comfortable as ever.

Ideal design and location for comfort as I was able to unwind and relax. It felt like a reward after an arduous work period. The location allows easy access on foot to numerous restaurants, pubs, grocery and personal shopping. Hope l'm able to stay with your hotel next year.

I was in building 8, on the outskirts of the hotel. I travel for business, but my husband tags along. It was great that there was a full bathroom attached to the bedroom, and another out near the living room. We each had our own space, and I could get ready without disturbing him. Jet lag always has me up... More

Pretty neat idea. It's like staying in an apartment, but with hotel amenities. Our unit was pretty far from the parking area (parking at an extra fee per night) , and we had to climb several sets of stairs with luggage which wasn't the greatest. Clean and spacious inside and close to downtown. Would recommend.

To start, I rented out the loft, 1 bedroom, 2 queen, 1 pull out sofa bed, 850 sq ft. It was great because we were able to keep the people that snore outside of the 1 bedroom. We did a rundown on the whole room, everything looked to be clean. The staff were friendly/nice and didn't seem to hate their... More

Wonderful staff! Everystaff person I encountered was sincerely helpful. Am disappointed to get no response from the general manager to an email sent 4 days ago. This is an older property--room and property are in great shape, however this design has outside stairs with no elevators anywhere on the property so if you have heavy luggage be prepared. Staff willingly... More
