The staff were energetic, friendly, and ready to help. The complimentary meals were top notch - even the coffee was above average - way better than what one typically expects from 'hotel quality' food. We were actually upgraded to a penthouse suite at the last minute because of some shuffling around they had to do - no complaints here! We... more

Rooms are old need to be updated bigtime. I stayed there one night before my son had surgery at the hospital close by. Behind the pull down murphy bed was about 10 years of dust. The floor was dusty and had hair on it. I am pretty sure they had dust mites in the bed I was itchy all night.... more

The suite was clean and spacious with an adequate cooking area. Rates were quite reasonable. Location was terrific, close to public transport, right by Lloyds Center. Free parking in that area was a real plus. Front desk were unusually friendly and helpful - especially Zack-with ideas for places to eat and things to do as well as good directions. Internet... more

I got a great rate for a shopping weekend in Portland. Portland is a great value for a quick get away weekend. It is a city with great shopping, hip music, good food and citizens who are genuine and friendly. The hotel is located within walking distance to an abundant amount of great eating places. The rooms are a great... more

I've stayed at 5-star hotels around the world and rarely encounter the kind of fantastic service that the friendly staff at Residence Inn Lloyd Center consistently provide. No request is too difficult and everything is done with a genuine smile. Whether it's a late check-out, stay extension, repair or maintenance or help with delayed baggage, everyone, especially Amanda and Zac... more

This Residence Inn is in the process of a makeover, which won't hurt a bit. Room was the standard spacious Res Inn room, but dated. Over the next year they are updating inside and out. Location is perfect; close to downtown but easy access and free parking. Adjacent to restaurants and the mall. more

I am a big fan of Marriott properties and especially Residence Inns. Two things made this a positive experience for us. The Inn is just a short walk to the free Portland train so we were able to easily access the shops and restaurants in town. The other positive was the friendly and helpful staff, especially Zac. I have stayed... more

This hotel looks rather old from outside but the rooms are ok. Rooms are modest but have great additions (microwave, oven, fridge, table, internet). The internet service is particularly great and is included in the rate. The hotel is undergoing renovation is some areas but they stop working before the end of business day. I did not experience any problem... more

This hotel did not live up to our expectations. We have stayed at several Residence Inns and this was a real let down. First, this isn't a property with a main hotel building, rather it is what appears to be some former not-so-nice apartment buildings. It is very outdated, from the furniture, to the floor plan to the kitchen. Also,... more

Just returned from 3-night stay at Residence Inn in Portland (1710 NE Multnomah). As always, checked out tripadvisor reviews before booking a few months ago. We had ample space in 2BR loft suite w/2BA for 2 couples. King size bed in loft was very comfortable. 3rd floor Room was clean, quiet and only 5 minute walk to MAX transit in... more
