We stayed here as a family of 6 adults and rented one of their 2-bed suite. The suite has 2 bathrooms, 2 queen bed (one in a room, the other upstairs loft-style) and a pull-out couch. I made a request to get a room that didn't face the highway but unfortunately did not get one upon check-in. The beds and... More

Bottom floors of the hotel or noisy. Beds are hard, but a foam pad is available. I am having difficulty with the room because the inside of the windows are full of black mold. The staff is trying to clean it.

I stayed here during my last Portland visit. Hotel was near to Washington Square mall where I did most of my shopping. The hotel staff was friendly and helping. The room was clean and neatly done. Only that I got a room on the ground floor and I could hear kinds walking and jumping in the room above till late... More

Stayed at this hotel on a recent business trip. I had an efficiency room with a King bed and it was spacious and well maintained. Did not use the kitchen, but it had everything you would have needed to prepare dinner meals. The desk staff was personable and helpful when I had questions. They had breakfast every day, but for... Stayed at this Residence Inn for 6 nights, attending a tradeshow at the Portland Convention Center and visiting customers during March 2015. I stayed at a normal studio on the second floor facing the Lloyd Center side. The rooms are the typical Residence Studio Layout, large room, fully equipped kitchen, sofa and dinner table for two. The King size bed... More

This property has some things on both ends of the scale. The layout of the rooms and their sheer size is amazing but they (at least my room) are showing their age. I had a second floor room in building two and that was a mistake. The person in the upstairs room was moving around until 1am. Not stomping, just... More

Stayed four nights in February 2015. Staff excellent...responsive and helpful. Our room was clean and quiet. Consider requesting a 3rd floor room for quiet and privacy. Excellent breakfast. Location excellent. Near bus and rail services. good parking. quick access all over the city. Hotel showing a bit of age. Stairs are steep and narrow. Windows are a bit small and... More

I'll keep this short and to the point: This hotel had one of the worst beds I've ever slept on; rock hard, old, and creaky. Certainly not the Marriott beds that I am used to at a Marriott property. The room was large and well appointed, but the room was in need of repair/refresh. The final straw was no stopper... More

I am disappointed to give it only 3 stars because this hotel could have earned more if it wasn't for their check-in delay. PROS: Great location: Everything located within 5-10 minutes driving distance, walking distance to Lloyd Center shopping center. I liked how this area was not located in downtown because I did not think it was necessary to stay... More

First, the good stuff... The housekeeping staff were very nice, helpful and friendly although the language barrier sometimes made communication difficult; the breakfast staff and maintenance staff were WONDERFUL and very helpful. The room was basic but adequate and the weekly BBQ is a nice touch. The not-so-good-stuff... Front desk staff, while friendly, would often say they would take care... More
