Rooms are old need to be updated bigtime. I stayed there one night before my son had surgery at the hospital close by. Behind the pull down murphy bed was about 10 years of dust. The floor was dusty and had hair on it. I am pretty sure they had dust mites in the bed I was itchy all night.... more

The suite was clean and spacious with an adequate cooking area. Rates were quite reasonable. Location was terrific, close to public transport, right by Lloyds Center. This Residence Inn is in the process of a makeover, which won't hurt a bit. Room was the standard spacious Res Inn room, but dated. Over the next year they are updating inside and out. Location is perfect; close to downtown but easy access and free parking. Adjacent to restaurants and the mall. more

This hotel looks rather old from outside but the rooms are ok. Rooms are modest but have great additions (microwave, oven, fridge, table, internet). The internet service is particularly great and is included in the rate. The hotel is undergoing renovation is some areas but they stop working before the end of business day.
