I stay at Hampton Inn's because it's kind of like why you eat at Mcdonalds - same thing every time and a decent product at a good price. This one is ok, it's a bit lower grade than some of the nicer/newer ones. Specifically the bed is a standard hotel bed, normally I'm used to the nicer ones. Probably the... more

From appearances this hotel looks nice upon first glance, but it does have its problems definitely. Checkin is fast and easy and the lobby looks clean and well maintained, but that's where the similarities with your room end. The hallways are dark and dank as are the rooms. My room smelled like something was burned in it, but I got... more

This hotel was doing some updates while I was there (painting, refinishing, carpeting, bathroom remodeling, and something with the pool area that I did not look closely at). The staff was very nice and helpful during check in. I went up to my room, fell asleep and woke up a couple hours later with no power. I called to the... more

Stayed one night in this hotel on a trip, it was my first experience with Hampton Inn. It is quite a good middle-range hotel: huge rooms, free wifi, free hot breakfast, large parking. Also location is not "perfect" (close to the interstate in the suburbs of Portland), if you are looking for a hotel for one night during a trip... more

While the location wasn't the greatest, we felt being outside of Portland for the price difference was the right choice. Sometimes there was bad traffic going to Gresham and the driving time seemed to double. The hotel was putting out hot cookies and pizza rolls when we were checking in. By the time we brought our bags to the room... more

This hotel is great. The staff there knows what Hospitality means! They had a great service and when returning to home I received a lovely post card from the staff asking me to come back and visit again. I like to see that they really take their time out just to write me a card! Tells me that they really... more

We were welcomed with a smile from three employees which started our stay out on a good note. Hot cookies were in the lobby. As with all rooms, we turned on the air to get circulation, opened a window and enjoyed a clean well kept room meeting my hopes for a Hampton. Free wireless, free hot breakfast, plenty of clean... more

I can see why there are so few reviews - nobody stays here. The location is awful. You have to drive three miles for any kind of real dinner/bar. Rooms are Hampton, service is Hampton. What did you expect? For a hotel in the 70$/night range, it is exactly what I would expect and the hotel is a good value for... more

We booked and paid for a room at the Sheraton, which gave up our room, said they would send us to a comparable hotel. It was late so we accepted. The hotel smelled of cigarettes. The bathroom door would not close or lock. The toilet tilted and the bathroom had mold in it. I was not impressed at all. I... more

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and found it to be very satisfactory. The location is good. It is near the light rail (to the downtown area), the Columbia River Gorge, Bonneville Dam, the Factory Outlets, and various restaurants. The room was clean and up-to-date. There is a breakfast offered mornings, as well as soup and cookies in... more
