3 of us are taking a road trip from Seattle to San Francisco over 3 days, stopping at motels along the way. We just happened to be in Port Orford when we needed to stop for the night. We ended up at Shoreline and did not regret it! The room was just what we needed and clean and the woman... More

We tried everything to find a campground but everything was full so I searched for places to stay and found Shoreline. We stayed for a couple of nights and had a great experience there, The woman that answered the phone was very courteous when I wanted to book a room. The rooms were nice and the view at the ocean... We had planned on camping but the rain wouldn't let up for us to put up our tent. We found this little gem and spent a night here instead. Pros: least expensive place we called that took pets, very clean, the overhang extended partially over the parking spot so we didn't get soaked unloading the car in the rain, and... More

How anyone can give this place a positive review is beyond me. It smells. The bedsheets and bedspread must be from the 1970s. Zero amenities. Costs over 50 bucks! For this ?!! That's about what they should have paid me to have to spend a night there.

The Shoreline motel was just what I was looking for. Great location to shops/beach, pet friendly, & the lowest rates in town. Not the fanciest place around but if you just need a bed & bathroom for the night, its perfect.

...well it's right across the street from Battle Rock Beach, the price is cheap, the locals are friendly, there's plenty of low cost places to eat nearby, like Pitch's or the Crazy Norwegian, and the staff are all friendly. Best part is it is a pet friendly motel so tail wags to that! The beach is gorgeous!

We were moving to Port Orford, and when we got here the place we were to move into was not what we had been expecting. We were tired after a long drive from Nevada with all our things in our moving truck. I was dispirited and felt I would now be homeless. The owners here at Shoreline are wonderful people... More

I'm not a picky traveler, and on the whole Shoreline is just what I would ask for from a motel. It's an older building, which is more to my taste than some more modern and sanitized accommodations. The manager was very nice, and I also like that the room feels situated to the area. My room included both a history... More

After a long, long drive on the 101 my wife and I decided to stop in Port Orford and man are we glad we did! The couple who own the motel were absolutely wonderful people who will go out of their way to help. The type of people who would literally give you the shirt off their back if you... More
