I stopped at the America's Best in Phoenix, OR. The desk clerk was so rude to me, I turned around and left. Plus, he did not appear to understand what I was asking him and had a young child who kept telling him what I was saying. If he is to work in a service profession, perhaps he should work... More

Stayed here for while traveling for work. Rooms are spacious, staff was friendly. Amenities are lacking however. Internet was extremely low quality and impossible to maintain a stable connection. Water pressure was non existent. Soap/shampoo was literally third world quality. There are better places to stay in the same price range

Can't say enough good things about it. I stay every time I make a trip up or down coast, and incredible deep fried in corn batter fish plate next door at Iron Skillet with salad bar included. All amenities in room. Back, side is quietest. Luxury rooms for deal breaker last minute stay prices. Continental breakfast included. Frig in room.... More

Super friendly people, good rate, clean rooms, very decent continental breakfast on the way out. That's all we can expect and were very happy! [This is filler text. This is filler text. This is filler text.]

First off, they tell us the wifi is "being worked on", which I took for something like "we don't have wifi...", the room was ok, the toilet paper a bit scratchy, but the towels passed the test--they weren't soft, but they did not scratch the skin either, maybe a 2 on a scale of 4 with 4 being the best.... Dear Guest, Thanks for recognizing the exceptional value that we provide, but I’m sorry that we failed to meet your needs and live up to your expectations. Our goal is 100 percent satisfaction, and we did not meet that mark in your case even though the majority of guests are satisfied. I hope you will indeed give us another chance... More

At $70 a night, we weren't expecting much and were pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious and the comfy rocker/recliner was an unexpected bonus. It also had a microwave and fridge and a table and 2 chairs (besides the recliner). The king-sized bed had 4 king-sized pillows and was very comfortable. The free internet connection worked well and there was... More

A nice place. Friendly staff, clean room. Not a Hilton but neither is the price. Pet friendly. The only negative is it is close to the I5 freeway so some traffic noise is a consideration you might think about it didn't bother us. Close to both Ashland and Medford, Jacksonville also.

My wife and I were on a motorcycle trip down the Oregon coast to escape the pending NW heat wave. In southern Oregon we went inland to Grants Pass. The next morning we ate and packed up to leave. Got on the BMW and it would not start. Ended up getting it towed to the dealer in Medford, Oregon. The... More

We arrived at midnight and got one of the last 2 rooms. The front desk staff people were very friendly and accomodating. The room was very clean and a comfortable temperature (not the cheap motel stuffy or freezing issues we normally have). The healthy breakfast choices were very limited (fruit loops or frosted flakes) and the freeway is right there... More

We stayed her one night while heading north to Washington. Nothing fancy but if you want a clean and maintained property this will fit the bill. Desk staff was very friendly. We slept in and didn't try the breakfast. I-5 is adjacent to the motel. I slept fine but my wife noticed the traffic noise. I would stay here again.
