We just love this place outside of Ashland. The service is great but the rooms are even better. They have a full size kitchen that is as big as the bedroom. It's definitely a quiet place in a quiet town so don't expect much in the way of attractions etc.

I stayed at this motel 4 times in the past 18 months. The first 2 times I was there were good. But, positive reviews on trip advisor seems to have led the proprietors toward greed. When I make a reservation I usually review prices on websites like Expedia and hotels.com then I call the hotel directly and ask for a... More

I think it has new management. Very friendly. Seem to be working out/improving some things in various rooms. I pissed off my neighbor because the shower shook the wall with a loud squelch while water was on. Staff came right over and fixed it, and apologized to us both. Parking is a bit cramped, but can go slow enough to... More

I was wary to stay here due to the pictures (It looked a little sketchy!) But after reading everyone's reviews, I took a risk and tried it out. I was so pleased! It's not a luxury hotel by any means, but the facilities are clean and comfortable for the price. I love the beds - the comforters and linens are... More

Simple accommodations but not well cared for. Rather dirty and smelly. The room was poorly maintained was cheaply remodeled. Definitely will not stay here again. One good thing- the front desk clerk was very accommodating and well spoken.

Was looking for reasonably priced accommodations in order to see a play in Ashland. Right off I-5, blessedly little freeway noise, astonishingly low price, clean rooms with great beds and high quality linens. What more could you ask more? Hospitality, and it was abundant. When I commented on the garden and flower beds, the owner picked tomatoes right from the... More

This place has the features that I want when I travel: very clean and well maintained, pleasant owner, great service, amazingly quiet, and reasonably price (especially for the Ashland/Medford area where tourists flock for Shakespeare). I was just in town for one night and needed a place to sleep but for longer stays they have units with full kitchens and... More

Room was Large and Clean Motel was updated clean and the staff very attentive I would recommend again to anyone for a cost effective place for events in Ashland. Management was friendly they put out a basic breakfast in very tight quarter office and always willing to accomdate any request we had. Room with Kitchen was very nice.

This 1950s style motel is clean, has a basic pool and is easy to load into and out of. It even provides a very basic complimentary breakfast in the check-in area. (Lobby is probably too grandiose a term.) But what it lacks in amenities it makes up for in thrift. $64 a night is a great price midway between the... More

We love this motel. The owners are really nice and sincere. It's ultra convenient and the rooms are massive for a motel. You could easily live here for some time. This is our second time here and it won't be our last. The kids has a good time in the pool as well. Going to the Shakespeare festival next door,... More
