This was our last stop on our wonderful road trip from Houston. The hotel was busy and yet pricing was fair. Our room was in the tower facing the back of the property and beautiful hills. We had a lovely sunset that night which took over our room since the windows are so large. The bathroom and amenities were wonderful... More

Lets start by saying its a casino so prepare to smell like smoke, and taste smoke regardless! Pros: Stayed in the Tower Suite w/the bar in the room - great room, gorgeous, beautiful views, nice shower, good mattress, lots of room, comfy couch to lounge on Cons: This particular stay Thurs - Sun our TV in the living area would... I stay at the Wildhorse each time when in town. I get a tower room - STRONGLY suggest this over the other ORIGINAL rooms which I heard are what you pay for. Really cool place, love being able to play, eat, golf, see a movie, etc all in one place and very affordable. Don't buy the Wings - they are... More

Long time resident in the area, first time customer (to the hotel). Definitely liked my room and the view! I enjoy eating at Plateau, but it can be hit or miss. Good central venue when you are trying to get everyone together and good amenities. Close to downtown Pendleton as well. I would stay here again....

Thank you for taking the time to submit your review. I am glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay and our amenities. I would agree with you that for the value, there is no room I would recommend more than our Tower rooms. We hope that you will come back and see us again soon! Tiah DeGrofft Community Relations More

This review is about 2 months late! We decided to give the resort another try after our last check in experience and subsequent response from management that training would be implemented to address some of our concerns regarding the check in and check out process and to address some behavior issues that we observed. We received a 'getaway' offer and... More

Thank you for this very honest and forthright review. This incident has been thoroughly investigated. Some of the deficiencies were related to the specific procedural requirements of the getaway package and pay with points processes. Other difficulties might have been surmounted on the spot by a more aware and outgoing Guest Service Associate. Regardless, all these issues are being analyzed... More

Thanksgiving weekend and we stopped on a whim. We chose a handicap accessible room on the courtyard and not the tower. Tower is much newer. A good bed but only a table on one side of it and an uncomfortable chair on the other. A big gap under the door, which made noise in the hallway very apparent. The handicap... More

Thank you Gregory for your thoughtful review. I think the trick with the bathroom is to provide some shelf and counter space without trespassing into the required wheelchair circumference. We have several engineers on staff and I’m sure that they will jump at the chance to devise a solution. Come and stay with us again soon! Best Regards, Roy Jones... More

My family and I stayed for a night in one of the courtyard rooms, it was cozy and clean! Loved it! I would have given the room a better rating but we have a 2 year old who loved opening doors and the door did not have any locking feature from the inside that would keep a 2 year old... More

Thanks for the “Wonderful” feedback! I hope you are also aware of our Child Entertainment Center. I am the proud father of two precocious youngsters myself and the Child Entertainment Center has been a lifesaver. They have a great staff and very reasonable rates. Date night is officially back in business! :) Roy Jones Director of Lodging More

In the middle of nowhere --- The Wildhorse Resort & Casino was a nice surprise. The Tower rooms were very modern and clean --- Could not smell any cigarette smoke at all. The Plateau dining room was terrific. Very interesting menu - We opted for a wine paired seafood medley and ordered the small portion. It was a perfect size... More

I’m glad that we were a “Nice Surprise” for you Dano. You can expect the unexpected at Wildhorse Resort & Casino. Nearly 20 years ago, the casino opened in the middle of what had been a lonely wheat field and the pleasant surprises haven’t stopped yet. Together we have built a world class resort. We had a suite and it was the way we expected: Clean, quiet with good bed. We had the package stay and play golf and it was a good price. The check in was fast an efficient and we cold park our car very close. To the entrance door. We did not stay at the tower, that was a big... More

Thank you so much for the great review. Our courtyard rooms do offer several advantages based upon preference and also help us to offer a more economical price point. I hope you can get away for another “stay and play” soon. All the best, Roy Jones Director of Lodging More

What a great hotel with wonderful staff and great rooms. Second stay for us in the last 60 days. Great value with a round of golf. We had dinner in the Plateau which is the resorts fine dining room.
