MIke was a delightful host. The home is wonderfully restored and we enjoyed the scrapbook documenting the restoration process. The home is several blocks from the beach, but the walk was not difficult. We enjoyed sitting on our private deck watching the deer walk down the road. The local dinner options are slim. The fish and chips place recommended by... More

A beautiful stop in wine country. The house is meticulously appointed in arts and crafts style architecture and furniture. The bed was very comfortable the bathroom stylized with a great jacuzzi. In the morning we had a fabulous breakfast in the charming dining room with an eclectic group of guests and enjoyed a lively conversation, thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

We stay at B&Bs regularly, the attraction being that generally speaking they are better kept than hotels, more intimate settings, better breakfast, etc. Out stay in the Craftsman B&B was not so great. Although we enjoyed the vintage building with its uneven and squeaky floors, our accommodations did not meet our standard. The hall carpets are in dire need of... More

My husband & I spent one night at the Craftsman B & B and our stay exceeded expectations. We stayed in the Prairie Room and it was lovely - beautifully decorated and spacious. My husband is celiac and upon our arrival Mike had prepared some delicious gluten-free brownies. We enjoyed these with a beverage on the balcony. The house is... More

We spent one night at The Craftsman, and it was a great choice for staying in Pacific City. The house has been beautifully restored by Mike, who is a great host. Our room and bathroom were both large and very comfortable. He also made a great breakfast.

Stayed here for a week on our honeymoon. This place is a hidden gem in Pacific City, meticulously restored and operated by the innkeeper. Breakfast was a great surprise each morning, and Pacific City itself is much less of a tourist trap than Lincoln City or Depoe Bay. I'll be recommending this place to all of my friends and family... No tv, no radio, 'no ruffles or doilies'..but does have generous breakfasts cooked by host Mike. If you have a time to read/look at the scrapbook of the renewal project of this old 1921 house in 2002-2005, it is worth the time. This house is in easy walking distance to beautiful beach in Pacific City, OR. Our bed in the... More

If you want the coastal B&B experience, The Craftsman is a sure bet. Room and amenities were great! Our host was an excellent source of Oregon history and local recommendations. Breakfast made use of local ingredients. Overall memorable experience!

We planned a trip through Oregon with a 1 night stay in Pacific City. Based on Trip Advisor reviews we chose to stay with Mike at Craftsman B&B. We were not disappointed. The house has been completely remodeled without changing the essence of a house built in the 20's. We stayed in the Prairie Room and found it be be... More

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Craftsman. The owner, Mike, was welcoming and organized. The house is gorgeous. The bedrooms and bathrooms are super modern, big, and comfortable. Mike offered a warm, inviting experience filled with stories, history, and humor. And the food was fantastic. We spent a week traveling in Portland, up the Oregon Coast, and Seattle,... More
