We planned a trip through Oregon with a 1 night stay in Pacific City. Based on Trip Advisor reviews we chose to stay with Mike at Craftsman B&B. We were not disappointed. The house has been completely remodeled without changing the essence of a house built in the 20's. We stayed in the Prairie Room and found it be be... More

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Craftsman. The owner, Mike, was welcoming and organized. The house is gorgeous. The bedrooms and bathrooms are super modern, big, and comfortable. Mike offered a warm, inviting experience filled with stories, history, and humor. And the food was fantastic. We spent a week traveling in Portland, up the Oregon Coast, and Seattle,... More

My boyfriend and I love Pacific City and wanted to celebrate our anniversary there. I was looking for places to stay and the Craftsman B&B looked perfect. We stayed in the Mackintosh room, which was this beautiful green room and a deep bathtub. I paid a little extra for an anniversary package which included keepsake champagne flutes, wine and truffles.... More

I absolutely LOVE this little gem of B&B. I was adventuring by myself and this was one of my favorite stops! Mike is SUPER friendly and a completely gracious host. He recommended the Pelican Brewery for dinner - great choice! - and we had interesting conversations about cars, motorcycles, and traveling. He is an amazingly talented craftsman with loads of... We had a wonderful 2 nights at The Craftsman in October 2014. The entire inn was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the hot tub out back. Our room was extremely comfortable and our host, Mike, made our stay extra special. He was there when we needed but made himself scarce when we wanted privacy - I'm not quite sure... More

There are surely more sumptuous places to stay along the Oregon coast -- but the interests of our hosts and of other guests made this a great home in a small and still fairly uncommercialized coastal oregon town. Our host had restored a craftsman home in town with a real focus on environmental practice - attaining a Silver LEED rating... More

This a great high end bed and breakfast. Mike is an amazing host (and a great cook!). Welcomed us with soft lovely brownies- room was amazing with a huge bathroom and lovely little balcony. Visited the twist wine company for drinks in the evening which was a very short walk away and took up Mike's suggestion of fish and chips... More

We stayed one night at the Craftsman B&B. Mike was a terrific host, welcoming and most willing to give advice on local attractions and restaurants. The inn is very comfortable. We stayed in the Mackintosh Room and found it pleasant with a spacious bathroom. Breakfast was very good and the coffee wonderful.

We stayed in the Prairie Room for one night. Upon our arrival we enjoyed a warm cookie while Mike helped settle us into our room. Very homey and comfortable room and bathroom. The Cape and Haystack Rock are not to be missed. We climbed to the top and were rewarded with awesome views! Although we are used to a king... More

The Craftsman is a beautifully restored house that feels quite homey. The Macintosh Room was not big, but cozy with a comfortable bed. A great big soaking tub was quite welcome after walking several miles on the beach. Mike had cookies on the table when we arrived in the afternoon and sent us off the next morning with a beautifully... More
