It seems that there are mixed reviews of this hotel/resort, depending on whether you get an updated unit or not. We got an updated unit, so the experience was fantastic. We stayed in unit 320 which is an end unit and no one was staying in the unit next door so it was very quiet. Most of the units have... More

We stayed at four different places on the Oregon Coast and this was the only disappointing one. I can't recommend it, but do give it an "average" rating because the service was the weak link and could be improved, while the resort was good. When we checked in, we were advised that there was a wedding and the restaurant was... More

We chose a room with a balcony overlooking the sea. For such a peaceful room and location, in a beautiful wooded resort, the value is incredible. Every night we could keep our door open to the sea, to fall asleep to the sound of the surf. It is a short walk to the beach and to tide pools. Even though... More

The shell of this property is nice but the guts need an overhaul. We decided to give the Inn at Otter Crest a chance based on previous reviews which indicated this property had some updated rooms. At check in, I voiced concern over being placed in an updated unit. The guest associate informed me “all the rooms we rent have... More

Great room and view. The grounds and property are so beautiful. Hotel staff was great and very friendly. Beach had nice tide pools and rocks to explore. Tram was helpful in the heat. Booked to go back in September and can't wait.

Great facility in a great setting. Best of all, it is away from busy Hwy. 101. We have stayed here at least three times. Even though the weather varied from dark and stormy to sunny and warm, the Inn delivered a relaxing stay each time.

My family of four recently stayed 2 nights here, we loved it!! Perfect beach, its like your own private beach. My boys (age 5 and 7) loved adventuring around. Prepare to hike!! It didn't bother us at all, but someone with limited walking would have troubles. Lots of stairs!! The room was nice, we had a condo with loft bedroom.... More

We watched bald eagles, osprey, and hawks from our balcony. Lovely weather with no wind makes for a great Oregon beach stay. The minus tide was perfect for lots of morning tide pools viewing. Walk to Devils Punchbowl, have chowder at Mo's, and enjoy the pool and other resort perks. The units are very different as they are individually owned... More

We had such a great time, walking the beach, going to Flying Dutchman Winery for some delicious wine, and relaxing in the spacious room. I will be back, especially with family or a group! Fast and easy check in, and every person we met was very helpful and pleasant!

The view and location are unbeatable. I was amazed at the price. Room not the biggest in the world, but plenty big with balcony. And king. Top notch facilities. Great pool and jacuzzi. Beautiful landscaping and trails. Resident whales and seals. They have their own rooms. Not really. Good restaurant. Only issue was that ice was far away, but they... More
