The location is wonderful. Room 321 had a great view of the bay and the private balcony was furnished with 4 chairs and a table. Made reservations over the internet and was somewhat nervous, but this place was in a good location, had a balcony with a great view of the marina and Newport bridge, has a good restaurant, and was clean and comfortable. more

This was great little resort, alot more then I expected. Each of the rooms are individualy owned(time share or vacation home, maybe) I can get over the terrible decor, but the smell is terrible, the neighboor is loud, the carpets are stained the chairs are stained. In Short, the place is decent. It is run down but has all the items you would need small kitchen, tv, deck, hair dryer etc...
