Just wish we could have stayed more than one night. Very friendly innkeepers who truely love what they are doing. They are familar with the immediate area--things to do, places to eat, etc. Their menu book could be better organized. All the comforts of home--staterooms are very spacious. As others have said, this is a really unique place to stay. It is an acutal boat with quarters. The one thing we noticed was the attention to detail! Nancy & Michael have thought of many things to make your stay on their boat a pleasure. Just under the bridge in Newport you can enjoy all the sights of town, fisherman, water, etc. while sipping wine or enjoying their wonderful breakfast. The Newport Belle is a riverboat that is docked not too far from the old city of Newport. The owners live on the top floor, while the middle floor is a common area and the lower floor houses guests.
