This place looks OK on the internet, but the reality is shocking. The carpets were stained and rips in them, the bed was sagging and the sheets ripped. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It was the worst motel we've stayed at in 20 years.

Stayed the night as it was the only place that accepted pets in the Wyndham chain. Room was about as minimal as you could get. Very small. Would skip trying to stay at Wyndham properties here next time if it meant staying at this Knights Inn. Looks nice from the street, but the side of the motel we were in... More

This hotel is located on the outer edge of Newport Oregon. The front desk staff is friendly, but that is about where it ends. The rooms are NASTY and dated. You definitely get what you pay for, if you are looking for a slight step up from sleeping in the bed of your pickup truck then here is where you... More

This is a good value motel great prices but nothing fancy. The room was very clean but needs to be up dated. They are updating some rooms and the staff is the best. The front desk lady is the hardest worker I have seen in a while. The wifi worked great and there is a free breakfast.

There are several things that annoyed me about this hotel. To start, the carpets had dark stains all over, and the room smelt like smoke (but it was a non-smoking room). The beds are quite uncomfortable, and the bathroom door couldn't open all the way. The fire alarm on the ceiling, didn't even have a battery...! And when the room... More

Grimy dirty furniture. Icky carpets. Dark room. Coffee pot in the bathroom...ugh A next door with his door open most of the night talking loudly on his phone and yelling at people who were constantly coming and going of people into his room. We got out alive.

This is just an OK motel for you to spend a night and hit the road the next day. Room is old and sheet is not clean. I personally don't feel secure as there is only single lock at the door. Our room was right beside the main road. No breakfast was included tough.

Stay here if you are on a very tight budget and can't afford the other hotels in Newport. We are on a budget and would not stay here again. The walls are paper thin, the front door is full of gaps, the bathroom vent tripped the GFCI, and other things need to be fixed. The front desk lady was nice... More

Room was clean, decent looking. Staff amazing. One problem: toilet drain not working. Still perfect for a one night stay. Close to a nice buffet dinner place (Izis) which must be experienced, good food but cheap.
