We stayed here twice in a couple of weeks! The hotel is in a great location, (short walk to Nye beach and restaurants and right on the beach). The rooms are spacious, well equipped,(fireplace in every room) clean and comfortable. Every room has a balcony and a sea view. Breakfast was included. The staff were friendly and welcoming and went... More

Things are a lot better now that they have installed a second elevator. We enjoyed our stay in room 334 but had to move on to the fourth floor the last night as 334 had already been previously reserved. The new room there had furniture missing that had not been replaced, so it was a bit of a hassle to... More

I occasionally have to come to Newport for work, and I am always grateful my company chooses Elizabeth Street Inn. The rooms are all cozy, the beds are comfortable, the fire place is a plus, and I could sit on the balcony all afternoon. During cooler months, they serve complimentary salmon chowder at 5 p.m. that is really good. Every... More

Stayed here June 2015. What a great location. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Gave great advice on things to see and places to eat. Walking distance to shops and great restaurants. The view of the beach and Pacific Ocean are FANTASTIC! Our family had a great vacation. I would recommend this Hotel to anybody. One of the best I... Our seaview room was well worth the extra payment. The room itself had no aircon but the fan was sufficient and the bed, bathroom and coffee facility were all fine. Parking and wifi were free and the coffee / cookies in the lobby were welcome on arrival. The coin operated washers and dryer were a godsend in the middle of... More

Elizabeth Inn would normally be a little outside my price range but we had a Living Social deal. It was definitely worth what we paid with the coupon. The rooms had great views. They were otherwise pretty average. They have pet-friendly rooms, which is a plus.

Stayed for a weekend with the (dog) children. All of the pet room except one that was under repair were taken. The room we stayed in was missing its baseboards, but the front desk staff graciously waved the pet fee on room. I did not miss the baseboards. the room was clean and comfy and the location overlooking the beach... More

I love this hotel, the location is great, all rooms face the ocean and the area is quiet. We have been here several times and will continue to visit whenever possible. I'm not a big fan of the kuerig coffee maker but that's just a personal preference.

The location is perfect and the hotel was clean. Nice views. We didn't try the pool. It is a really short walk to Anna's Irish pub and the hotel is on the beach. The staff tried to please you but seemed either mind-somewhere-else or irritable or touchy because of older age. This didn't distract from this nice place nor did it... More

Great value and right on the beach. The surf noise puts us right out at night! Our 4 year old loves this place. Good breakfast kept stocked, friendly staff, cookies. Our only comment is that the carpets are looking a little worn, but this is a beach hotel. Talk the walk to Georgies for Halibut Tacos. A must have.
