Elizabeth Inn is a great Location, we walked to shops and restaurants. We loved the ocean view with private balcony. The room was clean and very nice. It's on a cliff overlooking the ocean but the beach access is very close by

We have been to the Elizabeth Street Inn many times over the past 2 years...my husband and I love the hospitality and the location. We also love the salmon chowder and the cookies :) The rooms are great!

Your motel is always clean and we like the view and balcony. Helpful customer service people. Nice warm complimentary breakfast. We like going to Elizabeth Inn each time we visit Newport. It will be nice when you get in the 2nd elevator. Thank you!

This was our 2 yr old daughter's 1st time at the beach, she absolutely love her time. We loved the fact that they let us check in early, our room was clean and comfortable. The front deck attendants were extreamly friendly and happy to answer any questions we had about local attractions. We will certainly be staying here again on... More

Good place to stay with your dog. However, it is a bit of a walk to go potty. A nice breakfast selection. Ocean front!! And, a very nice balcony with chairs and table. Would definately stay here again.

We loved everything about the hotel location - high on a shelf above a humongous beach, panoramic views, incredible sunset. The room was absolutely clean and high quality everything (beds, towels, linen, toiletries, nicely decorated) - way above what we expected for the price. The breakfast was forgettable, but then we expect that when such a great price includes breakfast.... More

Elizabeth Street Inn is our destination in Newport. Our favorite amenities are the spacious oceanfront rooms and the excellent customer service. The included hot breakfast is a delicious and big plus. Every room has a sliding glass door with a small patio that overlooks the ocean. They recently added a second elevator which is even more convenient.

The hotel was comfy, clean, and had the most wonderful clam chowder soup during dinner time! I must not forget the fresh baked cookies that were available in the evening. Our room had a balcony facing the beach, which was breathtaking.

4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 12, 2015

Our stay was short, but we enjoyed ourselves. All of us, kids & parents, enjoyed the warm cookies in the evening. The kids were really happy that there was a pool and we managed to squeeze in a quick swim. There were some holes in the carpet in our room, but everything was clean and comfortable. We stayed here with... More
