We are bicycling cross country through small town USA. Our accommodations have ranged from the excellent to the not so much. This motel is nothing special but the setting is great. The positives: fairly comfortable bed though the mattress is a little soft, fairly clean room, good water pressure in shower and sink, good wifi, small older tv with cable,... More

#202 is a perfect studio getaway for a couple: clean, all the amenities of home, comfortable, peaceful, private, a romantic, dynamic view of Proposal Rock, easy access to the beach, very nice store with lots of quality products, great restaurant with consistently tasty food, 10 beers on tap, wood fired pizza, friendly service.

We booked for 3 nights in advance and enjoyed it so much we booked right away for the following week on the third floor for another 3 nights. Both units were clean and have everything you need. We cooked our own meals and really enjoyed watching the sun set, and at times fog roll in. Only 10 minute drive to... More

Beautiful, clean, on the beach, fabulous views with great amenities close by. In a semi secluded beach area. Cannot wait to return. Well decorated, comfortable beds...a wonderful beach to walk on and the sound of the sea each night. We are so grateful to the owners who shared this holy place with us.

My wife and I stay here as often as possible. Rooms are clean and cozy and right on the beach! There is nothing else to do but walk the beach and sit back and relax. We go in the fall and the rooms are priced good at that time.

Good view fun little beach. No beach access from the rooms dog hair stuck on the couches and dog mess out in the yard area. Smells like animals. Get what you pay for when you allow animals. Starting to get run down. Would I go back? No.

We always come back here cuz the prices are right and the view is spectacular BUT the rooms are always a little musty smelling and the last time we stayed the windows were dirty and we had to clean them. Can't figure out why people go to Lincoln City with Neskowin so close but lets keep it a secret. Oh,... More

Wonderful view from our third floor 1 bedroom unit. My only complaint was the lack of an elevator. Very nice staff.

We have being going every year to Proposal Rock for 25 years,we always stay at the Duncan Suite but strangely have not met them. We travel 5000 miles from Scotland so it shows it is a wonderful spot. Place is comfy and clean. There is a lovely lady at the front desk, Marion who is over 80 but plays bridge... More
