I booked a 3 star room with Priceline and got the Red Lion. I was dissapointed when I found out what hotel I would be staying because I know that this is an older hotel in downtown Medford. It's a pain to get to and it doesn't look like much from the outside but our room was HUGE and very... more

We had a nice stay, with a room overlooking one of the two pools. The rooms were neat and the beds were comfortable. The only jarring experience was that the small tables on the balcony tended to fall apart. There are good resauarant nearby, as well as plenty of places to shop. You may have to call for directions as... more

We booked through priceline and enjoyed the stay. It was a one-nighter while passing through Medford. It was clean, but a bit dated. We got a room whose window faced the freeway, so we had to deal with quite a bit of road noise. It was too late and would have been too inconvenient to request a different room, so... more

I booked two rooms on Priceline for $75 each (fees and taxes included). Not bad for a three-star hotel, I thought. We arrived at 10:30PM and found this place more like a roadside motel. Like some other reviews said, this place was dark and the rooms were far from the lobby. We found the furnitures OK but the rooms smelled... more

I've stayed in this hotel quite a few times and it has been pretty consistent. They really shouldn't market this place as a hotel; it is a motel or a motor lodge at best. The rooms all have exterior entry, parking in front of the rooms, old looking brick buildings, etc. They do have two pools, a lounge, coffee shop... more

We ended up at the Red Lion Hotel through a Hotwire reservation. After having stayed in Red Lions before, with very comfortable accommodations, this place left us disappointed. Downtown Medford, where the hotel is located, is a sketchy area filled with used-car lots, liquor stores, pawn shops and spooky older motels. The Red Lion is certainly much nicer than any... more

the first night, the door to room had missing weather strip, and 1.5 inches open under door, big enough for a rat. Sheets were clean and soft, bed is plush, which is important. wi-fi slowwwww. no bad smell. 2nd night (return trip) door had broken edge of lock and a hole big enough to see through. I had had enough,... more

I ordered a steak and mashed potatoes meal for almost $24 and was extremely disappointed. The potatoes were advertised as sounding "real". They were fake and the steak quality was poor. Lots of fat and gristle. more

Arriving with my 86 year old mother going back north for the summer, I was told I had to pay extra for a room with two beds even though I had a reserved a room for two persons "that's our policy". The location of the hotel is a bit depressing, it's in a gulley next to the road and it's... more

I stayed here on my way to California. I chose it because they have a good pet policy (pets welcome) and I had my 2 cats with me. My general impression is that the hotel (motel actually) was slightly dated, but clean and well maintained. Yes it is near the I5. In fact my room was one of the closer... more
