This hotel received good reviews so my family booked a one night stay as we moved from Seattle, WA to Las Vegas, NV. The hotel staff were great2 The room was old, the carpets dirty and stained. The room was damp and smelled of mold. The ceiling had noticeable water damage. The air conditioner smelled old and dirty. It was... More

I stayed here for a quick overnighter en-route to Portland. Staff was pleasant and helpful, but room itself was pretty grim. I was stuck in the back building, above a utility room right at the top of the stairs. My room was very small and felt dark and grungy, and very dated. The 5 freeway runs right behind the building... i booked this place because of cost, pool, and hot breakfast. Wasn't disappointed at all. Breakfast was great. Lots of choices and good coffee. Hard working ladies who run it. Tip them! Pool was cold but well taken care of. Rooms nice. Lots of restaurants nearby

While on a road trip, I stayed here for just a night which was fine. I would not stay here again if it was longer since I just cannot stand the smell of the old carpet in the room. You may just have to switch off that sense of smell if you are out of luck. The location is close... More

We did an overnighter at the Inn at the Commons. The property is located in the shadow of I-5. The immediate area is commercial(mostly non-retail) with a neighboring furniture store, lots of parking lots, and a car lot. The location appears to be on the outskirts of an area that has seen better days. This is an older property that... More

Very comfortable room and bed. Next to I5 but freeway is raised and traffic noise not noticeable. Lots of amenities that you would find at a more expensive high rise hotel - coffee in room, refrig, microwave, and decent a/c. They also provided a very acceptable breakfast with the price of the room. Clean, comfortable, would recommend to friends, and... More

The views may not be great, but this is a gem of a hotel. Quiet, comfortable, well equipped rooms. Wonderful beds, too. All hotel staff were very friendly, accommodating, and responsive. And the breakfast buffet was better than average. Didn't have a chance to eat at the hotel restaurant, but it looked really good. Overall, you can tell that the... More

We got a very comfortable room - large, quiet, equipped with all what we needed. It was clean and well designed. The motel has a very good and inexpensive restaurant. It's a pity our room overlooked a sewer canal.

This remodeled Red Lion downtown is a great value. The staff is wonderfully helpful and friendly. The in-house bar/restaurant is quite good. The hotel is walking distance to downtown, which makes for a pleasant stroll and is a lot more fun than staying someplace out on the interstate. The breakfast buffet is way better than average, and everything else in... More

We stayed at the Inn at the commons last week for a 1 week bridge tournament. Good value, micro wave and refrigerators in room. Nice bedding, Great free Breakfast!! one of the best I've ever had. Hotel was formerly the Red Lion. Half of the rooms were removed and the other rooms have been renovated. Hotel is next to I... More
