I stayed at the Medford Inn for a two week period as I no longer had a place to live and was in the process of moving out. I will start with the negatives. Prior to checking Inn I had asked the guy in the front desk if I would be able to get a room in the bottom floor.... More

This motel is good value - it's clean and comfortable. There's free wifi and a basic breakfast. All in all, pretty good for what you pay! The best part of our stay was the check in. We had been driving for 10 hours and had looked at a couple of other motels that looked a little seedy before walking into... More

Thank you so much for the great review. We do our best to accommodate our guest. Octavia is a great employee and we love having her as a front desk clerk, she always goes out of her way to make the guests feel welcomed. We hope you choose Medford Inn again on your next trip to Southern Oregon. More

There is a reason why the Medford Inn is a 2 star motel. Not friendly. They talk about guests behind their backs, in front of potential guests. They demand honesty. Otherwise, they'll keep your deposit and kick you out. They don't trust anyone getting dropped off. Maybe by a taxi, but not by any friend or family member. Best you... More

We are sorry you feel this way. Unfortunately some circumstances cannot be helped. If our policies are violated we make the decision to remove a guest from the premises for the overall safety of our other guests and staff. And deposits are always returned if there is no damage to the room. More

We are budget travelers which does not mean that we have low standards when it comes to cleanliness and courteous service. The Medford Inn provided both as well as well a very competitive rate.In addition the room was large and well appointed with a large separate vanity area, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The grounds were very neat and the... More

Did not sleep well on the bed in my room.It was really, really hard like sleeping on a hard table.Pillows were too soft, had to pile all 3 on top of each other for support. About the only good thing about staying here was it is close to Hometown Buffet and Sharis,2 pretty good restaurants within a couple of blocks.

Stayed one night, bed was good, people were nice. 95 degree day, air conditioner nothing more than a fan, no lights on night stands. In fact only one of the two lights worked at all. Breakfast pretty sad. We are retired and travel a lot, have seen a lot of rooms, this one rates pretty low on our scale.

The hotel is mentioned in several sites as pet friendly. When I arrived, having pre-paid, I asked for a pet friendly room. I was told in the rudest way that animals were not allowed and if I took a dog into the room I would be charged a $100 cleaning fee. I said, "no problem, I will leave them in... More

It was an August Sat evening in the Pacific NW. I have been on a road trip for 6 weeks and do not have a planned schedule. This means weekend accom adation without a reservation far in advance is a crap shoot in virtually all of Oregon as and Washington. Hence,my overnight stay here .Nothing special AT ALL. It was... We stayed for one night. It was very economical, that was the only really good thing. The room had a funny smell. The shower had a moldy smell when you were in it. The breakfast was limited. I wouldn't stay here again.
