Did not sleep well on the bed in my room.It was really, really hard like sleeping on a hard table.Pillows were too soft, had to pile all 3 on top of each other for support. About the only good thing about staying here was it is close to Hometown Buffet and Sharis,2 pretty good restaurants within a couple of blocks.

Stayed one night, bed was good, people were nice. 95 degree day, air conditioner nothing more than a fan, no lights on night stands. In fact only one of the two lights worked at all. Breakfast pretty sad. We are retired and travel a lot, have seen a lot of rooms, this one rates pretty low on our scale.

This was our 3rd stay at the Medford inn and.. It is clean and beds are comfortable and i really liked the comforter! . I have went with the Jacuzzi suite each time and have been pleased every time we stay. I work at a hotel so i always wipe down the tubs before a good soak. (formally a housekeeper... More

The hotel is mentioned in several sites as pet friendly. When I arrived, having pre-paid, I asked for a pet friendly room. I was told in the rudest way that animals were not allowed and if I took a dog into the room I would be charged a $100 cleaning fee. I said, "no problem, I will leave them in... More

It was an August Sat evening in the Pacific NW. I have been on a road trip for 6 weeks and do not have a planned schedule. This means weekend accom adation without a reservation far in advance is a crap shoot in virtually all of Oregon as and Washington. Hence,my overnight stay here .Nothing special AT ALL. It was... We stayed for one night. It was very economical, that was the only really good thing. The room had a funny smell. The shower had a moldy smell when you were in it. The breakfast was limited. I wouldn't stay here again.

This place had a few rooms when all the other hotels were booked up, I found out why in a big hurry! Dirty torn sheets and blankets, the comforter was promptly thrown on the floor because we were worried about it being so dirty. Bathroom was dirty with a very moldy tub, shower head was hanging down so kinda hard... More

Continental breakfast was a joke!! Hardly anything out, and signs posted warning that it was not an all you can eat buffet!! Really!!?? Then the shower head blew off and hit my daughter in the face while she was showering. No attempt from the staff to compensate for the troubles in anyway. REALLY?? The shower head blew off and hit... This is our third time staying at the Medford Inn in the past 2 years while road tripping from Washington to California and back. It's an older hotel decorated from the 90's. They are updating the hotel slowly. The room and bathroom were clean with a fridge and microwave. Breakfast in nothing to write home about but overall for the... More

Well thank you so much for choosing to stay with us again at the Medford Inn. You are right, we are giving the hotel a lot more love and attention... slowly but surely. Current ownership started in May and we will continue to focus on the property. The staff was our first focus and we are very happy with all... More

We went on booking.com and got the room for two days. The pictures made it look like a cute little motel with a pool and continental breakfast. We were heading to Ashland for SOU's graduation. booking.com said that they had cable tv with HBO and WIFi. When we get there the cable is not working so there is no tv.... More

Thanks for your nice comments about the staff. They make all the difference at The Medford Inn and are doing a great job. The new owners took over the property in May and we have been attempting to correct all the current problems. I am happy to report that we have upgraded the cable system and now have Directv in...
