When we arrived a housekeeper marcus made sure there was already a crib in our room as requested. My son got sick in they housekeepers Marcus and destiny went above and beyond making our room look and smell amazing. The desk lady Cheyenne made us feel better about what happened. I would stay here every time I come through Medford.... More

Conveniently located and remarkably quiet despite it's proximity to the highway. Our tv remote didn't work but the desk clerk came and reprogrammed it right away. Our room was missing coffee cups and coffee for the coffee maker but included a can of furniture polish and a rag -- clearly housekeeping hadn't finished. I'm sure we could have gotten coffee,... For years, we've been staying at a particular hotel in Medford on our way to and from California. We decided to try another this year and chose Shilo Inn. The reviews haven't been the best, so we were worried we were taking a chance. But to our surprise, we were delighted. Yes, yes. It is small; yes it is retro... More

This little Shilo is great for people traveling on business. The Staff Ashley, Amy, and Kristy are so sweet and really make you feel like they care. I like how close it is to Thunderbird market for food. Also it has two sets of windows so you don't hear the traffic from I-5. Rooms are smaller than the bigger Shilo's... More

Bad place to stay if one is a seasoned traveler. Our first Thanksgiving holiday in Medford was almost a disaster because we chose to stay here.Stayed three nights. We were mislead, for sure, from Portland. Traveled with an aging dog with arthritis, 15 years old. Called many motels looking for a top floor with an elevator. All "no" for pets.... More

We needed a hotel room that would take dogs and were in a basement room down a long, grim hallway (don't get me wrong, we DID have a window) within ten feet of a pop machine, ice machine, vending machine and the stairwell door. The parking lot was about 1/3 full so there must have been other rooms available but... More

This motel is located between Biddle Rd and I-5 making it a high noise area with all the traffic. My roon showed signs of wear and tear and was in need of renovation.Staff was friendly and the rates were good,my friend received a veterans discount which was a good point.Motel was a okay place but nothing special. We liked the elevator... As a top contributor for Trip Advisor, I've reviewed LOTS of accommodations. This was our first stay at a Shilo Inn, which advertises itself as "Affordable Excellence" and it did not disappoint. The staff was very friendly and each and every employee bent over backwards to help us. it started with when we saw that the single king bedroom did... More

My husband and I stayed there for four nights when we visited our son and his family in Medford. Centrally located close to the freeway, the room was very quiet especially considering that we actually faced the busy road. The price cannot be beat! The facility is a little "retro" but the rooms are large and clean. The air conditioning... More

We booked a room here online for 6 nights, but somehow the dates for the reservation got messed up, when we showed up to the hotel they told us our reservation was for the next week. We asked if they could just switch the reservation (since the room had already been paid for and they had a room available), but... More
