Friendly staff. Clean but the carpet in the rooms and hallways is showing a lot of wear and tear. The breakfast was well below what I have had at other Comfort Inns. Stayed here because it was the family gathering choice. Without a remodeling I would not stay here again.

Wanting a quiet hotel after a day surgery in Medford we chose the Comfort Inn South Medford. We arrived at 10 a.m. and were able to get checked in and spend a restful hour before surgery. Nothing compares to staying at South Medford Oregon Comfort Inn........ When available this place upgrades me to a suite when I stay here.........great staff always helpful...... clean rooms and lots of places to eat........ shopping close by and a small park next door to relax......... Haven't had the best of luck with Choice Hotels so my husband and I were pleasantly surpised. Everything was clean, noise was minimal. This place is in an area where you have access to lots of businesses and restaurants/fast food. Decent Hotel to stay at, but Owner of the Hotel was not allowing customers to use their 'AAA' Rates! :-( Very discouraging especially because they advertise for 'AAA' all over the Lobby area! We found this hotel by chance and was very pleased with the stay. The condition of the hotel was excellent. When booking our nights stay, the front desk person a young man, was extremely helpful and friendly. The location was quiet and easy to get around. It is away from any traffic noise.

We finally got a decent nights rest. This hotel is probably further from a freeway than any I've stayed inn. It isn't far from the highway, just tucked in a few blocks. This iwas our 2nd stay and would stay again.
