Found this place on trip advisor and we have stayed in similar lodgings in England so this appealed to us. We were in Apartment 7 in Odd Fellows Building. There were only 2 of us in a huge 2 bedroom apartment (it was the only one we could get). Very modern with vibrant colour scheme, one bedroom faced to the... More

Stylish, well decorated, well equiped flats in a great location. Nice furnishing, decor and comfy beds with lots of pillows. McMinnville location is perfect for dining, wine tasting and as a base for exploring the local area. The only thing that is preventing this from being a 5 star review is that the central a/c, isn't really central. It is... More

We really enjoyed our stay in Indigo #8, The Odd Fellows Building. Wonderful location, impeccably clean, well stocked kitchen, beautifully up- to-date decor. The only negative is a steep stairway that could get old after a few days. No complaints at all! Everything in good repair, even a washer and dryer for a family or longer stay. Internet access too.

Our flat was the 3rd named the Pearl and the decor is fashionably decorated in a lime type green tone, whites, and black in a zen type atmosphere. We stayed 2 nights and were very comfortable. We enjoyed the wine and chocolates waiting for us. The facility is kept clean and well maintained. The washer and dryer were free to... More

Great location!!! Amazing restaurants within walking distance and Willamette wineries short drive away. Third street flats are a great concept. Apartment style rooms with 5 star hotel furnishings. A kitchenette with a community pantry in case you forgot to pick something up from the grocery across the street. Just leave your nonperishables for the next guests. Cool idea! This place... More

This place also exceeded our expectations. We stayed one night in the Indigo flat. This flat was squeaky clean! The stairs leading up may be a challenge to some, but it's a small price to pay. The bathroom in this flat was huge, so that is not an issue in this flat. The best breakfast place is right across the... More

We spent several nights in the "Pearl" room and really enjoyed it. It was nice to just leave our stuff without worrying about staff, and it was so close to the restaurants we could walk- a plus when you've been tasting wine all afternoon! The bathroom was tiny, but overall there was good space. Great home base for visiting area... More

This place really exceeded my expectations. It wasnt as easy to find as I thought it would, but it was easily found on a side street not far off the beaten path. Everything was very clean upon arrival, and the entire floor was deserted (we were there a Monday and Tuesday, probably off nights). The flat we rented was really... More

I booked the 10th "Aquarius" flat for my husband's birthday before the pictures posted. We were pleasantly surprised. It was so nice, new, and modern! I absolutely loved the decor! So nice to find such a place in historic McMinnville. Delicious breakfast and dinner spots are barely a block away. Such a treat to stay here during out wine country... More

Stayed a couple of nights as a base for exploring the wine country. Wife and I had flat 3, our friends had flat 1. Both flats were very nicely decorated and comfortable. Noise was not a problem - either from outside or from the other flats. Easy access with lots of free parking nearby. Great location for exploring the wine... More
