We stay here for a few days each spring, and we know it's going to be an enjoyable trip. The owners will bend over backwards to be sure their guests are happy, and have verything they need. The cabins are on the McKenzie River, east of Eugene, OR., about 50 miles. They're fully equipped with kitchens, and all the supplies... More

My husband and I have been staying at the Cedarwood Lodge for over 10 years. Mike and Carolyn are wonderful as are the cabins and the beautiful surroundings. I love cabin 9, it's a second home to us. Having coffee in the living room looking out at the McKenzie River in the morning is a perfect way to start the... More

We love this place and can't say enough about how relaxing it truly is. We changed cabins and visited over TG holiday which was our first time there in cold weather.. Our new cabin number 4 was right on the river. Beautiful fire with the wood provided daily set the scene for a very relaxing holiday. The owners are always... More

We have been coming here for over 10 years so we feel confident to speak to the consistency of Cedarwood Lodge. The riverfront cabin we rent is always spotlessly clean, quiet and serene. Michael and Carolyn do such a wonderful job of maintaining the cabins and grounds and the exceptional experience. We have felt a special welcome when we have... More

We just stayed at Cedarwood Lodge cabin #2. As soon as we pulled up I instantly loved it. Mike was great, and was completely friendly when we pulled up far later than what they stay open for. It was as though he were meeting some old friends and showing them to their cabin. I loved the cottage and the river.... More

July 2013 - The whole experience started for us as we made reservations by email - the correspondence was so nice! The reservation process is a little old fashioned, done by check. No credit cards. Still, we anticipated our anniversary celebration so much more, because somehow this matched the promised rustic setting. There is no smoking anywhere - yay! The... More

I have stayed at Cedarwood Lodge every spring for the last 18 years. We have always found this place clean and updated. The owners Mike and Carolyn take pride in the property. It is rustic and fantastic. Golf is about four miles away at Tokatee Golf Club. There is hiking and whitewater rafting and lots of book reading and snoozing.... More

We chose the Cedarwood because of the great Trip Advisor reviews and also because they had a deal for 2 nights on weekdays May/June. Upon arrival we were transferred closer to the river (to cabin 6) because of a cancellation. We didn't mind. The owners, Mike and Carolyn, are just so friendly and helpful. The place is very nice and... More

We stayed at the Cedarwood because of Trip Advisor, and all those 5-star ratings were absolutely right. This is one of the nicest "cabins" we've ever stayed in. Great location just a stone's throw from the river, lovely deck to enjoy the view and the sound of the rushing water. Mike and his family must be very handy, because the... More

In September 2012 my wife and I stayed in the #9 cabin, which can be summed up very easily. W-O-W. Mike and Carolyn sure know how to make you feel welcome and the cabin was very clean, cozy, etc. But we had our eyeballs on #4, a smaller cabin, the most requested one, right on the river, but had to...
