We stayed Memorial weekend at the new campsite 22. It was the furthest distance from the lodge, restrooms & showers. The location was perfect. Nestled next to the river, much of the traffic noise from 126 was drowned out by the McKenzie. Gardens were beautiful, Staff very friendly and helpful. Special Kudos to Ed on the green gater. He is... More

My husband took me here for my birthday. This place is soooo nice the scenery is beautiful. Our room was nice we stayed in the lodge in room 4 which has a deck and overlooks the Mckenzie river. The sound of the water at night puts you to sleep. The hot springs pool was very inviting and relaxing. We walked... More

Living in the Willamette Valley, Belknap is one of our go-to places. It's not that far from the valley, but feels like a total escape. When you combine the sounds of the river with the fact that there are no TVs or phones in the rooms, you feel absolutely separated from the day-to-day routine. The rooms are consistently clean, beds... More

I liked cabin #2. We decided to stay another night so we stayed in a room. I think it was Room #1. For the price I would definitely choose the cabin over the room. I was scalded by the shower in the room. The room didn't have much space to move around or set your suitcase. No bed side tables.... More

Not sure why so many negative reviews here. We had a lovely stay in Lodge Room 7. Large room with a king bed overlooking the river. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast wasn't much, and they only have it available for one hour, so I guess that... More

Hotel is clean, hot springs are nice. The older lady of the staff is unfriendly, crabby and unsuited for hospitality. The heat was locked into 71 and we could not adjust it. Continental breakfast was stale bagels, English muffins and some mini muffins. Coffee is available for 1 hr, 8 to 9 only.

Wow, where to start. The front desk staff, especially the 30 ish woman who works the afternoon shift should quit immediately, she appears to hate people and felt very put off when we asked for anything. We arrived at 2:40 pm and was told our cabin was still being cleaned (it was not used the night before, as this info... More

I was desperately in need of some relaxation so we scheduled a 5-day mini-vacation. Our first stop was two nights at Belknap. We stayed in room 15, a one bedroom suite. It was perfect for us. We had a full kitchen and a corner view of the pool, river, and mountains. We took our own food and spent our time... More

I would like to start by saying that the staff was always courteous and tried to help when possible. We stayed in Lodge Rm. 1 (pet friendly). It was advertised as a ground floor room with an outside entrance and a sliding glass door opening onto a patio with a view of the river. This was all true except that... More

The stay here was arranged by our business partners as a pleasant surprise. There were two from the US principals and three of us from the partner firm in India. The stay was planned after the formal meetings got over in the offices at Eugene, hence there was no tension. We were put up in a four bedroom cabin with... More
