We had a glorious weekend with Belknap as our center of operations. We hiked to Blue Pool, and Proxy Falls, drove the McKenzie Highway and visited the Dee Wright Observatory, had a delicious hot fudge sundae in Sisters, and then lots more wonderful hiking on the McKenzie. Oh, and we stayed in a nice cabin in the middle of a... More

My wife and I stayed at Camp Yale which is part of the Belknap Hot Springs Lodge for about two week. The camp host at Yale,Ron and Kim,were very friendly and helpful. They took time to tell us of places to go in the area.Proxzy falls, the Three Sisters and the trail to the Blue Hole where just beautiful. If it was... More

We try and stay here once a year for a couple of days in our RV. The grounds, gardens, and river setting are absolutely spectacular. The hot springs feed two different shallow swimming pools, and while they're getting a little run down, they're still a wonderful place to soak, especially under the stars. There's a nice café on the patio... More

We arrived late in the evening and Marlene was wonderful, welcoming and cheerful even though it was 9:45 PM. I was surprised to see her just as cheerful the following morning at 8:30 AM! My husband and I stayed at the Lodge in room 2 with our four legged boy Buddy. I thoroughly enjoyed the hot springs pool as well... More

We stayed at Belknap on Aug 5 because of the pictures as well as a verbal approval from a relative who stayed at the resort several years ago. Sad to say, it was one of the top ten worst places we've ever stayed. We walked around the grounds, which were very nice, and went back to the room to settle... More

Belknap has some very mixed reviews. We have been to a lot of hot springs over time and many struggle to keep the physical plant up to snuff. Belknap is far from the worst. Beautiful river, older gardens across the river that need a bit of TLC. Tight bit of ground upon which they put lots of RVs during the... More

We had some concerns before we arrived due to some terrible reviews but they were completely unfounded. We stayed in cabin 1 and it was perfect. Clean, comfortable and totally ready for a family. The staff was accommodating and courteous even during the busy check in time. The grounds are beautiful and everyone seemed relaxed and happy. The girls swam... More

The hot springs is a beautiful, wonderful place. The flower gardens are very pretty and there are lots of trails in the immediate area. My only complaint comes from the front desk clerk. We arrived at 11:30 am. Check in as at 3:00 pm. I fully understand check in time. When we arrived, I asked the clerk if, per chance,... More

We stayed in an end spot, so it was a little quieter that it otherwise would have been. The campground was full, so quite busy. It was summer, after all. The pool(upper) was nice, not crowded when we went, and the temp was very comfortable.

We had friends from Minnesota coming to visit and thought we'd check out the place. I called ahead to make sure we could get a large campsite. The person who took our reservation was friendly and helped me pick out a campsite. When we checked in, the campsite we had reserved had accidentally been given to someone else. We were... More
