We had made reservations for our anniversary in August. We decided to take a Sunday and drive to check it out. Sure glad we did........ The video's and pictures were very misleading. The secret garden was full of broken branches, pine needles and scum. The ponds were stagnant slews. It smelled of mildew. It may have been a nice place... More

We visited for a Friday and Saturday in June 2015. The location was perfect, we were between Clear Lake and Blue River on Oregon 126. We had campsite #17 and found the camping to be very nice for a price of about $25 per night that included entrance to showers and hot springs. The resort keeps the sites clean and... More

Belknap is the perfect place to stay if you want to take advantage of the McKenzie river or day hiking. We stayed in the lodge (connected to the lobby) a few years ago in August and this time we stayed in Cabin 6 for two nights (June.) The Lodge It's really not a lodge as you might expect it to... Location is beautiful and hot springs are relaxing. Rooms rather dark but clean and comfortable. Hotel staff are hospitality challenged they were rude and obnoxious when I complained that the WiFi temporary password (1 day voucher) had expired and requested another. They blamed me the customer for the problem and chided how a child could do it, refusing to provide... More

We rented #3 cabin. It was nice and fully furnished. No issues what so ever. The staff was friendly and helpful in check in/out. The grounds area nice to walk around. Being right by the upper pool was nice to as cabin 3 was right across from it.

We stayed Memorial weekend at the new campsite 22. It was the furthest distance from the lodge, restrooms & showers. The location was perfect. Nestled next to the river, much of the traffic noise from 126 was drowned out by the McKenzie. Gardens were beautiful, Staff very friendly and helpful. Special Kudos to Ed on the green gater. He is... More

My husband took me here for my birthday. This place is soooo nice the scenery is beautiful. Our room was nice we stayed in the lodge in room 4 which has a deck and overlooks the Mckenzie river. The sound of the water at night puts you to sleep. The hot springs pool was very inviting and relaxing. We walked... More

Living in the Willamette Valley, Belknap is one of our go-to places. It's not that far from the valley, but feels like a total escape. When you combine the sounds of the river with the fact that there are no TVs or phones in the rooms, you feel absolutely separated from the day-to-day routine. The rooms are consistently clean, beds... More

I liked cabin #2. We decided to stay another night so we stayed in a room. I think it was Room #1. For the price I would definitely choose the cabin over the room. I was scalded by the shower in the room. The room didn't have much space to move around or set your suitcase. No bed side tables.... More

Not sure why so many negative reviews here. We had a lovely stay in Lodge Room 7. Large room with a king bed overlooking the river. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast wasn't much, and they only have it available for one hour, so I guess that... More
