There is little to say that hasn't already been said about this premier property. If you are looking for a relaxing get-a-way in a first class accomodation, this is it! Coast Cabins has several properties available. We chose the "Modern Ranch." I vacillated back and forth many times trying to decide whether to give a 4 or 5 star rating... More

Coast Cabins are tucked among a beautiful bamboo forest, so even though you're on the main street going through Manzanita, it is secluded and peaceful. This was a return visit to this lovely getaway, and it met and exceeded our dreams. Terry met us with two glasses of wine, and complimentary goodies, including a s'more kit, waited for us in... We just returned from a two-night stay in Loft #7 (The Laneda). My husband and I, both in our 30s, were traveling with my parents, in their 60s. The location was perfect: walking distance to the beach, shops, and a grocery store. The place was spacious, well-built, attractive, and very clean. We bought groceries and made a fantastic salmon dinner... More

Coast cabins are what you would design if you had a blank slate in a perfect beach town and really great taste. Everything is perfect down to the bath towels, choice of soaps and even coffee maker. I wish I had registered for the sheets and towels they have and the mattress was the best night's sleep. My husband was... More

After watching one of manzanitas magnificent sunsets, I settled into the luxury of my Coast Cabin to enjoy wine, cheese and baguette surrounded by beautiful art, furnishings and every possible amenity. The bed and quiet were ideal for real rest. Total service was also first class. I will return as often as possible.

First, the staff was very very nice and helpful. It was my birthday weekend, and they provided a lovely gift basket and bottle of wine. The first nite we stayed in Cabin #5. It is a cute 2 level room, very well appointed, however some road noise at nite. The second nite we got upgraded to a most marvelous HOME... More

Dear SeattleTravelLover1, Thank you for your comments and I'm glad to read that you enjoyed the property and the service of our staff. I'm surprised and somewhat pleased that the painting moved you so deeply that you were inspired to write about it 6 months after your stay with us. Like or dislike, original art does get people to talk.... More

Found this place on Tripadvisor for a weekend stay at the beach. We stayed in Cabin 1, a compact two story number with the bedroom upstairs. The smell of campfire rose from a common area fire pit. Another small fire pit was in the courtyard for a private fire. Enough kitchen to get by and good LR television service (important... More

Extremely comfortable, conveniently located in "downtown" Manzanita, short walk to beach. Garden paradise with bamboo forest, fire pit, sculpture and fountains. Very warm owner and manager. Generous amenities, super clean and well arranged tiny space. We had everything we needed to be car-free, make our own meals, take rainy beach walks and watch Dr. Who on Netflix. We will return.

It had been a number of years since we'd been to Coast Cabins, and we were thrilled to return this past week for 3 nights. It was even better than we had remembered. Around every corner is another special touch; from luxury linens, soothing music on the Bose stereo, delicious coffee in the morning, s'mores in the evening at the... More

Spent 3 nights in October to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. Stayed in Cabin #2 (aka The Studio). Fastidiously clean, well appointed, including small kitchen. Grohe fixtures, wonderful linens, spectacularly private grounds lined with various types of tall bamboo. An outdoor fire pit is lit every afternoon for lodgers' enjoyment. When checking in, we were offered a glass of wine.... More
