I booked a 3-night stay at this motel so I could finish work on my novel (and told them so when booking the room). When I checked in, the room they gave me was tiny, and there wasn't a table or chair. There was just enough room for the bed. Since I needed to spread out, I asked if they had something larger -- which cost an extra $200 for the whole stay.

The room was on a corner and had lots of light. The couch was a futon folded up, which I alternately found very comfortable, or murder on my back. The bed was comfortable. The walls are super thin, and I could hear the couple next door going at it in bed -- more than once. In the middle of the afternoon. (good for them, but it was awkward to have to hear it). Everything in the kitchenette & bathroom was in decent working order. The location is great -- only a couple blocks from the ocean.
