Keeping in mind that their room rate is $55/night, even during peak season when room rates are easily double or triple that if available at all. I found the Budget Inn in Madras to have met my expectations. Yes, the rooms are rather small and the place is rather old. But, they have vacancies when other places are booked up.... More

rough place, heavy smell of cat urine, it made me gag. I have travelled the world over and never had this particular complaint before, I like cats, I have four at home, and I know when there is a bad smell

Very convenient stop between Crater Lake and Mount Hood. Ask the nice attendant to tell you where to drive to have a wonderful view on the Sisters, Mount Jefferson and Mount Hood. Excellent quality/price value.

I was very pleased with the hotel and staff. Everyone was very pleasant and friendly. It was the first time that we traveled with our Shorkie, Petunia. It was avery pleasant experience! The rooms were clean, and the dog park area was immaculate. We will continue to use this hotel when we come to the Mystic area. Also, this hotel had... More

We made a reservation in this place, and when we arrived there and asked to see the room... It was very disappointed! We were glad they couldn't find our reservation. The hotel need a complete renovation. We didn't stay and we don't recommend it.

Front desk lady was not very friendly or helpful. Entire room needed a good deep cleaning and it was just big enough to walk between bed and TV. No coffee pot was provided and internet did not work even though advertised it would be available. I would not stay here again.

Lady at desk very friendly. Convenient to highway. Room big, 2 easy chairs, 2 dining chairs & small table, microwave, mini fridge and two burner stove top. Decent TV and free wi-fi. What more would a poor boy want. Would definitely stay again. Paul & Lin

The front desk lady was, um, reluctant to give me the internet-advertised rate. She relented when I showed her the website on my cellphone. Very noisy room due to location right on US 97/26. Musty smelling room with visible dirt on bedspread, carpet, bathroom floor. There was no refer or kitchenette. I needed ice. The front desk lady would only... More
