This place has two faces. There its the modern wing and the historic and nostalgic portion that was originally built before plumbing and electricity and was once part of the original stagecoach stop back in the horse drawn era.
It is worth the stop.

Once again we were in Madras and stayed at the Madras Hotel. This time we stayed in the motel part. The cleanliness was there, same as in the Hotel. The room was larger than the hotel, and we did not notice any street noise. The bed was very comfortable. We highly recommend this property. We will stay again.
