I had to come to Madras for work and this hotel was reserved for me. A local colleague said it would be nice. Eight of us came from all over the state and we all found the hotel to be much nicer than we expected to find in Madras.. The front lobby could be be described as Classic Refined Round-up.... more
We stayed at this hotel around the Labor Day weekend and found it to be very clean, with nice ammenities and very friendly service. I'm not sure how long it's been open, but this is the nicest and newest hotel in the area. I've stayed in nearly all of the ones in town including the resort in Warm Springs, OR and the Inn at Cross Keys Station is definitely my first choice. My husband and I stayed here this weekend. I have to say that for Madras, which is a sleepy little town for the most part, this is a very nice hotel. Stayed 2 nights at this newer hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The desk staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. I would prefer and outdoor pool, but the indoor pool and hot tub are nice. The continental breakfast is very basic, but adequate. I will stay here again. more
