We were passing through the area last fall on our way to Pendleton and decided to splurge a bit based on reviews, particularly for the breakfast, The inn is up on a hill and presents a rather grand appearance. The lobby is impressive. The rooms are fairly big and well appointed. No real problems other than the breakfast. This was... More

We stayed here for 2 days. The room was nice and big. It was very accommodating for my family of 4. The pool and hot tub were great. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic. Breakfast was typical but really good. The TV should be bigger in the rooms and the pillows were really fluffy and uncomfortable. We ran... More

Hotel is newer and kept in good shape. It is a good value for the cost. The breakfast buffet could have a few more choices but that's about the only bad thing about this place. Good location right off Hwy 26.

Very nice hotel. Clean rooms, nice decor, and friendly staff. Compared to other lodging in the area, 5 stars, but overall, 4. Was here on business and would come back again. The only real negative with this holt is their internet connection. Super slow!

Nicely landscaped hill-side grounds, a very different decor of rustic redwood paneling and accents in the common areas, and a warm efficient reception at the registration desk welcomed us to this non-chain hotel. It has a very nice pool, probably the largest of any pools in several (5+) hotels we stayed in over our recent three week trip. We had... More

The Inn was OK but could be better. Sometimes the small things matter. There was no fan in the bathroom, and you really want a fan in the bathroom. The heating and cooling controls were impossible. The room was hot, and I could not get the cooling to come on. Fortunately, the window opened. The breakfast buffet was below average.... More

This motel is new and has some outstanding qualities. The décor is very nice. Rooms are big and comfortable, but if you have a suggestion or complaint about something you are made to feel like it really doesn't matter. Told the young man at the counter how nice the motel was but that the coffee in the room was really... More

Stopped here on our bike ride cross country. Tried to get into the Best Western, it was booked, good thing because this place was fantastic, much better than the Best Western and cheaper!! Lobby was amazing, rooms were big, service was helpful and friendly, and location was just west of downtown. Stay here if you are traveling through Madras.

Picked this hotel due to its reviews and location as halfway between Crater Lake and Portland (via the scenic route, US 26). The hotel is located on a hillside across the street from a grocery store. Found the staff generally helpful. The hotel was quiet and I liked the large, two-story lobby. The room was very large with a comfortable... More

This is the only hotel we have used in Madras so we don't have anything to compare it to but we've been very satisfied. Breakfast is included and the spa and pool are open 24 hours - so travelers like myself who use the pool to unwind after a drive won't be disappointed by a "closed sign."
