Stayed at the hotel for very first time. We were not impressed with the rooms, the bed was hard as the cement ground both my husband and I woke up with back pains and hip pains worst beds ever. Could not even sleep in we were hurting so bad and our age group in late 40's. Carpeting old and torn.... More

During our recent Nov 2014 stay, we dropped in without a reservation. We were accommodated quickly with an accessible room with an awesome ocean view. The room included a mini kitchen area, fireplace and sofa. We enjoyed the view and easy access to the beach. We could have simply dialed up the 24 hr shuttle service for the casino, but... More

Check in process efficient and people very nice. The Boyd's coffee near the registration desk is the best. They had no elevator, which meant carrying our luggage up flights of stairs. Our room was satisfactory, but not great. If it hadn't been next door to a very good restaurant and lounge, the Seafood Grill, we probably wouldn't go back.

Took advantage of a low, low mid-week November rate so very happy with our ocean view room. The special added bonus was when we went to the restaurant near the hotel and had a first class view, service and meal during a Sunset Special. Would return.

bare, dreary room. The heater didn't' work, very cold. We slept in sweat suits We called the front desk, some one brought a small heater that still didn't warm the room. We checked out early,I told the check out person, they were not interested. If you go to the casino, stay at a different hotel.

We stayed here while visiting family in Lincoln City. This place is a great place to stay. The rooms were clean and all the staff was friendly. The best part is being right on the beach and having the ocean view. Also, you can't beat having the casino right across the parking lot.

Wow! This hotel really needs some serious maintenance. The outside door key reader didn't work to the side door. The sensor to the doors that open in the main entrance of the suites intermittently worked. The Hallway in the Suites building was freezing cold! You needed a jacket to go out in the hallway. It was very cold outside so... More

The view and the closeness to the ocean was excellent. The room is tired but for $68.00 I would stay again, we were on the ground floor so we could walk out onto the lawn area and there was a pinic table to sit at and enjoy the ocean. The walk to the ocean was not far at all. The... More

The view out the window is magnificent of waves rolling in. The room is tired - occupied every night - needing some repair. Management needs to get things organized. They offer a discount at the attached restaurant but you only get it if you physically show your room key. Only reason to stay here is the ocean.

When I arrived my room heater did not work. They did fix it very quickly. The floor was wet from a leaky refrigerator which caused the room to smell moldy. The carpeting had holes in it and was unraveling where the vacuum had gotten a hold of the thread. I would try somewhere else if at all possible.
