Stayed two nights in a junior suite. The furniture and carpet were worn and the fireplace didn't work. Terribly noisy from visitors above and beside us. I had paid extra for the fireplace so I wasn't happy about it not working. Seems the casino doesn't feel it is necessary to maintain the property since it has the best view of... More

I'm upgrading my review from a year or so ago. It's a sprawling complex: rooms are in 4 buildings, indoor pool in another, lobby in yet another, & the casino at some distance from them. Our 2nd floor king room had a microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, iron, etc. The location is away from the noise of Highway 101 & a few... More

Best selection of items and wonderful staff. Where else can you have all the basics plus an omelette station, lunch items, smoked salmon several ways, crab legs, lobster claws and a chocolate fountain?!!! Simply fabulous!!

I always stay here! Host Stephanie has the best customer service. She goes above and beyond to make your stay the best. The rooms are very clean. They have a great view of the ocean. The casino has a great atmosphere. All of the people are more than friendly. The women up front are very helpful with any questions you... More

We just stayed for 2 nights and had a nice time. The Prime Rib special was terrific and the view from our rooms was great! We enjoyed the Casino and found all of the staff to be polite and helpful. The room was clean and neat. There is a large beach to take a walk and the location is easy... More

We stayed at this hotel and apparently they don't use bedspreads, so our bed had a sheet, one paper thin blanket topped w another sheet. After gambling at the casino all night, we came back to crash, but were cold. So I called the front desk for another blanket. She informed me they were out!! A hotel has one job,... More

Visited on New years week a couple of times. First time back in about five years. We were disappointed at how rundown the place looked. We had to eat at the buffet restaurant because the Steak House was reserved for "Elite" members only! This was after stopping by about noon that day to ask if they took reservations for dinner... My room was on the first floor, pretty much the basement. That turned out to be fine though since I could open my door that led to the beach which is only steps away. My room was a nicer one and cost $70.00 per night, which is a steal and my friend got a 'deal' for a reason neither one... More

Great walkin rates offered here! Staci Rae the hotel receptionist was extremely kind lady, really appreciate her offering me a room for a great price. The hotel offers many facilities including casino, pool, restaurant and awesome views of pacific coast, highly recommend staying here if you are in Lincoln city

We attempted to check in to our room at 3:45 on December 30. We were told that there were still over 100 rooms to be cleaned, including ours, and to check back later. After checking several times, we finally chose to sit in the lobby and wait, which gave us a true understanding of the severity of their problem, and... More
