I'm a frugal traveler, yet I want what I want and will pay if I have too. We staying in a more expensive place our first night in town as Chinook was booked. Stayed here our next two nights in the Jr. suite... loved it! I would have rather been on the ground floor for easier access out my room,... More

We stay there often just know all in all you wont get your room at 4pm if you do that would be a Shocker!! The manager will make it right if you ask they really don't offer, but we have received pet fee waived which is nice,The weirdest thing is they will say "Check in starts at noon" isn't that crazy... Room was ok. Nothing great. Room was clean. We stayed in the B building. Seems to have been an older motel and the casino took it over. Needs updated. Beds were ok. Carpet was yucky in spots. I understand that the Jr suites in an adjacent building are much better and have a small deck. Nice view, but the windows... More

Went to check in at 5:00 and were told our rooms weren't ready. At 5:00? Really? So we went to the buffet in the casino and it was awful. They had crab legs and they were all cold. Someone in our party complained and was told they were leftover from the lunch buffet. Sick. The place was not full but... More

Have always heard bad stories about the B, C, & D Buildings, but the A Building is only non-pet Junior Suites and worth the upgrade! They have both smoking and non-smoking rooms available and even the smoking rooms don't smell bad. The elevators are on the slow side, but that's offset by the incredible ocean views and easy beach access.... More

We booked a two night stay in a pet friendly room about 2 weeks in advance. We arrived at 2:30 and were advised that the room wasn't ready yet. They told us that they were about 78 rooms behind for cleaning & that check in wasn't until 4. We were not the only people to find ourselves in the situation... More

Made reservations over a month in advance for a junior suite. Tried to check in and was told the room was not ready - housekeeping was shorthanded and they had been extremely busy. This was fine as we were approximately 30 minutes early. Said we would go grab something to eat and we were told they would call us when... More

This is our second time to stay here. We got a room on the top floor this time. The view of the ocean was pleasant. The room was $151.86 for the night. We like having a shuttle bus pick us up and take us back to our room from the casino. We enjoyed the buffet in the casino. Did not... More

A bit of a fiasco when we tried to check in and were told that because the laundry facilities were "down", no rooms would be available until 6:30-ish -- not their fault, and they handled it as well as could be expected, including comping part of our bill -- but it was a pretty big hassle for all concerned. We... More

They promise 'certain rooms' - it won't happen lately. They used to! Medical condition & fear of heights - open stair case - extra 19 steps, they will offer assistance with bags. I don't want help, I want to be on vacation - to hassles. Hotel Seafood Grill has great new 4:00-5:30 PM offer. Waitress was so honest! Prime Rib,... More
