Whistling Winds is affordably priced for being across the street from the beach. The beach isn't visible from the property but there's only a one block walk to beach access. Don't bother with this place if you can help it. While we did have fun in the 1970's era in-room jacuzzi, the room was cramped, poorly-maintained, not very clean and had a funny smell. The staff seemed almost annoyed to have us there and the noise from the room next door through the paper-thin walls kept us up all night.... more
