Nice, clean & large room. Decent price. Comfy bed. But the VIEW of the Pacific is what we loved the most! Plus the sound of the ocean all night was very soothing (we kept the sliding door to the balcony open all night). They also accept pets (if you travel with one) in some rooms. Clean& well kept property. Convenient... More

Hello I did book on a .com site but couldn't get 2 rooms for 2 nights but when i called she gave me a better price and better rooms then what the site could do for me. So with just that I was happy. Can wait to go on my vacation to experience my nice exchange of rooms. Very cool.

What more in a room can anyone ask? From the quick and efficient checkin with Nancy, we enjoyed room 130 for two days during the July 4th weekend. When we sought help, Nancy was extremely courteous and printed maps and information to better guide us along our way. For these couple nights, enjoying the beach fireworks from our room was... More

The room was stuffy, so we tried to sleep with the windows open but there was NO SCREENS and wondering what might fly in the window made for an uncomfortable night of sleep...eventually had to shut them. Checking in was quite the process. We had tried to check in early, then on time, then a third time after we were... More

Lincoln City has less than 8,000 permanent inhabitants including newborns, retirees, real estate & medical professionals. During the high season, however, the City swells to over 30,000 people vacationing in various types of Hotels, vacation homes, RV resorts, etc. Unfortunately, the work force available to provide needed services does not increase in the same proportion. Although we prepare meticulously for... More

From the get-go the belligerent guy behind the counter made our 30min checkin a horrid experience. He was rude, difficult and worst of all, considered him quite the comedian. After battling through our 'inconprehensible' Australian accents (says the thick accented European in Lincoln, Oregon), he realised we had a prior online booking - which we believed had timed out -... This guest made a phone reservation 20 minutes before arriving at which time they presented a credit card with a name that did NOT match the name on the reservation. It is industry standard for properties to match the name on the credit card presented to the name on the reservation; this is for the credit card holder’s protection. Upon... More

We had a good time staying here. We had two rooms they were on the top or upper level. Great view of the ocean. The fireplaces in the rooms are fun and takes the chill off from the night air. They don't have a big breakfast just a few things. Its a bit of a hike to get to the... More

The first thing we noticed was the unfinished wall where someone had apparently drove into it. Then the rusty door entering the hallway to our room. There was a lot of unfinished work in and around the property. I guess that means at least they were working on it. Then the strange odor upon entering the room. It was clean... More

I was actually pretty please with this motel.Having read other reviews I was not to hopeful. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and helpful, he made sure we knew that resturants in the area close early so that we would not miss out on finding somewhere for dinner. I reserved a King room with jetted tub (room 130... More

I was notified the day I was checking in that I couldn't have the room that had been confirmed for my party because it was not "pet friendly". Despite being told that I would receive a comparable room to the one I'd reserved I did not. The fireplace was an in-wall radiator. There was no coffee pot or hangers, the... More

This customer intended to book an accommodation for a party of 3 adults and a service dog through Booking.com, a 3rd party online travel agency (OTA); however, errors in her booking triggered the OTA to email her a cancellation notice. Fixing the booking glitch would have been possible had the guest promptly responded to the cancellation email. However, the party... More
