Checked into this hotel and when it was time to hit the beds we turned down the covers and the sheets were dirty and rumpled. The maid or whoever does not change the sheets between guest. It was obvious that the bedspread had been just pulled up to make the bed look "made". There were hairs and dirt. Needless to... More

I had booked a reservation in advance over the phone & advised that we do have a pet, requesting a corner room. Everything was set. After 10 hours of driving, we finally arrived for check in close to midnight. 7:45am the phone rang & it was the Manager going on & on how we have a pet, we’re not in... More

We arrived on a Sun. nite and got the advertised rate on their reader board. We did call in at the last minute before we arrive. The desk person was very helpful and easy to work with. We stayed 3 nites. We were going to stay a 4th nite and had paid that morning but we got a emergency call... More

A last minute trip to Lincoln City, we took a chance at a walk in reservation. We know from past experience that Lincoln City fills up fast on Friday's. The walk in rate for Palace Inn was $99 plus tax. We had a queen room, microwave, and fridge on the 4th floor. It was good for the amount of time... More

Ok, I take the blame for arriving at the coast with no reservation. But charging triple the value when you are the only hotel with ANY rooms is just dishonest. We had to sleep somewhere. But we certainly would have slept better if the AC had blown something other than tepid air as we tried to sleep on the hard... More

As usual with Asians, the price of the room changed several times. Much more than advertised price. We reserved the room for $129 a night, for 2 nights. When we got the bill, the first night cost $169, the 2nd night was $243. These are prices that high end hotels charge. This is not high end. The staff was incredibly... More

Booked room on line for a Sunday to Wed stay. Price was $10 less for walk in guests the 1st day and by the time we left price was $20 less. Seems if you book ahead they would give the best price up front. The staff were pleasant and helpfull and the room was nice, but ask for a top... More

Good, clean room. Close to everything. Except for the Highway 101 traffic a very quiet place. My only complaint of this place was the HARD bed. I have arthritis and disk degeneration in my lower back so the firm bed was bad for me but other than that we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Wish there was a... More

My wife and I stayed ten days while we waited for our housing to ready. Had a large two queen bed room that was very clean and no odors. The shower was the best we experienced in our over twenty days of travel. The employees met every need. Nathan, one of the night clerks gave us an excellent rate and... More

I stopped here for the night , enroute to San francisco . The rooms were shabby , the sheets looked old and slept in and i dont think the sheets even got changed after the previous guests left, Even though they were all no smoking rooms, i could smell the pungent left over smell. They thankfully had an air conditioner... More
