We booked two adjoining rooms for our family of five. Upon arrival, there were no adjoining rooms, so we were "upgraded" to a suite. The crib I had requested (and confirmed) prior to our stay was also not available, so our little one had to sleep on the foldout bed. The room was not good. There was old food under... more

I was only at the hotel one night, but it was below average for a Crowne. It had a indoor waterfall and that may be the reason the entire hotel smelled like a wet basement. That musty smell. The front desk staff was overworked and unfriendly. It seemed to be a bother to check me in, look for a box... more

Stayed here on the way to Victoria. Decent room, odd shape, but clean and reasonably quiet. Hotel did get after some people running around and yelling fairly late. Would stay here again for an over night pass through. more

Close to I5 is the main attraction for staying in this hotel. We have been to other Crown Plaza before. This one is rather disappointing. While it is clean and neat, everything seems to be from the 1980 era: dark halls, dark room, old bath room. more

Booked via Crowne Plaza's web site and got a price that was way lower than any other rate (hotels.com, priceline, etc.). It was so low (about $69 plus tax for the first night, $89 for subsequent nights) that the front desk staff had to confirm with his manager if they were even going to honor it!! Well they did honor... more

This was our second stay in this hotel. The first time was graduation weekend over a year ago, and although the place was swarming with kids, we were surprised not to hear any noise at night. Our room that trip was kind of in a corner of the hotel on an upper floor. On this visit, our room had a... more

The "spa" feel was wonderfu, very comfortable bed and very clean, but there were problems. The fourth floor reeked of smoke. They put the smoking rooms next to non-smoking and the smell permeated the entire area. It was nauseating. They move us to another room the next day, but the air conditioner rattled. They claimed to not have any other... more

I stayed in this hotel while on a business trip about four years ago and this was the first time I had been back. I will definetely be staying here every time I travel from now on, as everything about the place is excellent. Notable mentions are; being upgraded free to the sixth floor executive area by being a priority... more

Our first clue that we may have made a mistake was when we arrived and saw the police escorting someone off the property. I am not sure if this was typical of a a 4-star in Oregon but it wouldn't rate anything higher than a 3 in California. We were assigned a room next to the elevator and immediately asked... more

As a stop on my way to the coast I stayed at the Crowne Plaza in Lake Oswego for an evening. The price for the room that I received was a little higher than I would have normally paid, however the food in the restaurant made up for any difference. Although quiet, the service was adequate and the food was... more
