I was really happy with this hotel. Good room, good staff. Great spot for getting food. Chevys next door. I like matts deli for salads/sandwiches. Inexpensive but doesn't feel that way. Plenty of parking. Pretty good treadmill to exercise.

I wish it was possible to give zero stars, but it isn't. Ok, here we go. Let me preface this review by saying I travel very often for business (several times a month) and because my usual hotel was booked (Marriott property) and so was the Hilton near it, I went on hotels.com to find another hotel near my office... Thank you for your feedback. Sometimes buttons on the phones get pushed between Line 1 and Line 2, like it did in your case, as well as the GFI breaker get thrown at the vanity area. The picture of the carpet, is an area that got bleach on it from cleaning the bathroom, and an attempt of carpet dye on... More

Was a little apprehensive when we got out of the car after driving 7 hours & saw we were right next to a major freeway. However, after getting to our room on the opposite side away from freeway we didn't hear traffic at all. The room was comfortable, breakfast what you'd expect, staff friendly & helpful, parking adequate. The only... More

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. You are right about the grass, its there but it is closer to the road, not conveniently by the doors. We do hope you'll try us again on your next trip to Lake Oswego! More

We were going to a seminar in Lake Oswego and I booked this place - price was reasonable and it looked good. Well, it was very good. Our room wasn't ready at 2:30 (check in is at 4:00) so we went next door to Chevy's Tex-Mex Grill and had some excellent guacamole made at our table. Check in went well... More

We use this hotel for our clients coming in to town! They give them a great rate and provide excellent service, shuttling them back and forth to our office and seeing that they are well cared for when in town. They provide lots of extras for us and our staff and it's a pleasure to be partnered with them!

The Phoenix Inn in Lake Oswego is obviously a 60's hotel who knows how to keep up with the upscale market. The room we had was large with two beds and a loveseat. Fridge and microwave were great. Everything was clean and comfortable. Located next to the freeway and easy access to Portland. Staff was extremely personable. Breakfast included. Everything... More

I often stay at this Phoenix Inn with my husband for medical treatment nearby, as we live 3 hours away. The staff over the past 8 years I have been staying here, have always been kind, polite and professional. The lobby and hotel is well maintained and renovations are made when needed. The rooms have been recently renovated and are... More

Tired and worn, but clean and inexpensive with great attitude from all staff and service. If you are looking for somewhere to crash, sleep well and not burn a whole in your budget, this is well worth a visit.

I stayed 3 nights at this location, which was 2 nights too long. The place was okay, but in need of an upgrade and some TLC. The bed was comfy but drab. Four pillows were offered but all were the same rather than four different ones so I could choose my style. There was a small studio area with couch,... More

We stayed a few times and every time it has been great. Close to shopping, dining and our family that lives in the area. They also serve a fantastic breakfast. Looking forward to our next trip to the area so we can stay here again.
